It was supposed to be on Monday April 1st and Kevin was the tech. I did business with Gulf Coast on March 4th and things went smoothly. This time it was a no call no show on the April 1st appointment. On March 4th they found a loose wire at the breaker and installed 2 ground fault breaker in the kitchen for $241.00. The breaker trouble reoccurred 10 days later on March 17 th and happened every 3 or 4 days after that. Will try a different company.

I found GGG only by God's direction. They came out last Saturday after the call on Friday. It's Monday and they're finishing up the job. They fixed the pipe and all the ice and water damage. Their technician came out check the box, check the voltages and discovered that the box was not the problem. It was the stove had a short in it. He said your breaker box is fine, but you're gonna need to get a new stove because it's broken. He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment. It's nice to find a company with honesty that you can trust.

I had actually gotten an incorrect switch and they took the time to explain why it wouldn't work and what I should get to replace it. The other installs and checks went smooth as well, and they were in and out in a flash. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again.
