Two weeks later Josh and Amy installed all our wood floors both in the living room and dining room. But we ended up having some major issues with the quality of the work done, and the owner and employees were not at all helpful in getting it fixed (we paid as soon as the work was completed, but before we found the problems). It seems like once they had our money, their interest level in us dropped to zero. To say they don't have customer service as a priority would be an understatement - it almost seems like it's the exact opposite. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's a new store, but after a little research, it turns out the owner has been doing this for decades. I've asked people to share this as a warning to others - I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what we have. Stay far, far away.
