I spoke to two guys Moshe and Rashid for all my concerns and they really helped me deal with the mold in my basement. They were able to come last minute and inspect my apartment and work with my landlord to get the problem fixed. You have to respect a good business & business owner, it's hard to come by people who really care about their work these days. I wish I had some photos to post in support of that but I don't any longer so this review will have to suffice. I read the reviews, both on the public facing page as well as in the 'review filter' below. I encourage you to scroll down and make a determination for yourself. They have 19 positive reviews you can't see. Yelp tends to gate-keep reviews if they don't match the "standards" of the site which is weak. I know because I worked there. I have never seen such a friendly and fast turnaround. I worked things out over chat and had someone come by to assess our place the very next day. They were incredibly sympathetic to the fact that my wife's asthma had been acting up and shared what recommendations they could. Crown Mold Specialists were absolutely fantastic! Smart, responsive, understanding. I had a tight schedule and needed all work to be done within a week. So they came and started the process on a Sunday morning (!!!!!!) and we're done by Thursday 5PM. Mold was behind my kitchen cabinets so they had to remove cabinets, wall behind them, and part of the ceiling. Then they left professional fans in my apartment for 72 hours to get rid of the moisture and smell, and then came back on wed and Thur to rebuild the wall, plaster and paint. Each time after performing the service they left the workspace sparkling clean. Amazing! I'm very grateful, they did everything impeccably. Great team, super nice people. Mo was so understanding and kind throughout this difficult process. I was struggling and then I cried because my insurance said they wouldn't cover the mold damage. My whole apartment had mold.
