My appointment was scheduled between 10 and 11am; I received a call the morning of to see if an earlier arrival would possibly work for me. That was actually even more convenient for my schedule, so I was grateful for that option. The team showed up exactly on time and were very professional and efficient. I described the basic concerns to them and they set up the air testing equipment in the room in question, as well as the adjacent bathroom and a secondary bedroom.
