They called me back shortly after inspection and told me the pads were actually in great shape -- not even close to needing replacement. Some debris had worked its way in and cleared out during inspection. No upsell, no unnecessary work. Brakes were fine. They also noticed I was at the 42K service interval and offered to take care of that while the car was there. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and picked it up by 9:30 AM. Fair price, fast turn.
