Going to Glenwood is a "chore", so it took awhile but when he took it back, they said the bolt (or whatever) wasn't tightened. Got my oil changed quick, but they busted my tire pressure sensor rotating my tires. I've rotated myself and never had that happen. Went in to tell them that after I saw them, my tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning. Instead of checking the sensor, they repeatedly filled up my tires trying to turn the light off. Finally plugged into my car to find out what was up with the light, and over-explained to me that my tire pressure light was malfunctioning, like I told them it was. Told me exactly what I came back to tell them they broke. Said they aren't a tire shop and can't help me, no offer to credit anything to fix what they broke. So, thanks for busting a $136 fix. read more

Every time I come here they are on top of it. Even when they are busy they are on top of it. The owner even remembers my name just because I come in every few months. The waiting area is clean and they provide cookies and coffee. Looking into the shop it looks very organized and clean. I've only had great experiences every time I've come here. read more
