My family member is living a nightmare because of Quincey Barrett. They paid $25,000 to have the doors in their entire home replaced. Instead of finishing the job, Quincey Barrett ripped out the old doors, left the home in shambles, and vanished with the money. The house is now in a far worse state than when it started--it is unsecured, unfinished, and $25,000 has been stolen. This is not a "bad contractor" experience; this is professional fraud and property abandonment. URGENT CALL TO ACTION: If you have also been a victim of Quincey Barrett, do not wait. NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED through text messages, phone calls, photographs, home inspections, signed contracts, and additional records. Recent reviews accurately reflect the fraudulent conduct of CPR. The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. We hired Crown Pointe in May to complete several remodeling projects around our home. Please note when checking reviews, they have multiple offices out of Cincinnati, Fort Thomas, and Bellbrook. The project was anticipated to be completed in August. They completed the gutters/soffets and then never returned to complete our deck or door remodel. We tried to reach Quincy and also the main line consistently for months without consistent response or resolution - often with a message that he was out of town and would get back to us and then not getting a response back. We paid them nearly $30,000 in the initial 2 of 3 deposits for the remodel and unfortunately have only received a 1/3 of the work done. The owner no longer responds to our communications to resolve. read more

Run away before giving them a dime! Basement remodel project estimated at 8-10 weeks is stopped after 21 weeks as Crown Pointe Remodeling provided a check from an account with insufficient funds. Per the contract they were to order a ProVia window and door, which they gave numerous excuses including that there was a manufacturing hold at the plant. Finally last week they admitted that the door and window were never purchased. Attempts to reach out to the owner to rectify the situation have been unsuccessful. Now I'm stuck with everything 60-70% done and no communication from the company on next steps. Sent a letter of notice for material breaches of contract and cancelling the contract if they don't remedy accordingly. read more

LOOK ELSEWHERE! DO NOT TRUST! You can find a different contractor with a better customer interest and responsiveness. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1 to equal the amount of effort Crown Pointe put forth. Tyler came to my property to provide a quote for basement window replacements. I received the quote (standard good for 30 days) on March 31. Crown Pointe does not do glass block which made the most sense for 1 window with a dryer vent, so my quote was for the replacement of 3 basement windows. After I found another option for the glass block dryer vent window, I contacted Tyler ready to sign their quote on April 12 and asked for the information on financing. He said he would contact me the next business day - he did not. I reached out again April 21 and again was told he would call me the next day. April 22 he texts that the owner does not want to do the work, because they don't feel it will be profitable; a job Tyler told me takes, at most, half of a day to complete. Tyler makes this appear as though it's the owner's decision to not stand behind a quote his employee distributed, so I asked to speak with the owner (Quincy Barrett, I assume). Quincy has, evidently, refused to call me and discuss the project after multiple attempts from my side. Crown Pointe thought they pulled the quote from me, but I actually have proof of a signed quote for the work to replace 3 basement windows. They don't want to discuss that. April 24 I contacted the office directly and the CSR said she would pass the message along to the owner (an individual she claims she doesn't know the name of and she works for the company). The end result is they provided a quote, would not stand by it, and now I'm the one who loses money, because Quincy doesn't stand by what his employees distribute and doesn't care about the customer's circumstances so long as it doesn't hurt him. read more

I initially signed a contract for all new windows in my home in April of this year, and paid the required deposit. There have been a variety of changes to the order since then, and then in early October I discovered that my sales person nor one of the lead installers (that I met numerous times), are no longer with the company. Not to mention that the Insurance Certificate they supplied me with is expired, along with their Workers' Comp. I reached out to the owner and told him that I would not be proceeding and requested a refund of my deposit. My request was denied, and I was told that I would be forfeiting the deposit due to billable hours since the project started. I requested a copy of the signed documents stating billable hours, and have yet to receive it. The contract that I have notes 10 business days to receive a refund, which has come gone. No work has been done on my home. No windows have been ordered. No refund has been received. read more

I normally do not respond to companies that knock on my door, but I'm glad I did with this one. I spoke with Hunter and Ethan and they explained who Crown Pointe Remodeling is, the values of the company and that it is a locally owned business. Hunter did a thorough inspection of my roof and found multiple points of storm damage. From that point forward, I began working with CPR. From the meeting with the insurance adjuster all the way to completion, I've had contact with someone from the company each step of the way. Willie was awesome! He showed me the variety of shingles to choose from and by the time we were done, it felt like we were old friends. The roof was completed in ONE DAY! I left out for work and came back home to a new roof. The only way I knew someone was at my house was the beautiful new roof. The roof crew did a great job keeping my property clean which is super important since I have children who could possibly step on a nail. Quincy, one of the owners, stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with my roof and addressed any concerns that I had. Everyone was phenomenal and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling to anyone who is looking for any extremely professional and people-oriented company. I had a roof, siding, and gutters installed and Crown Pointe Remodeling was excellent in regards to professionalism, installation, and timeliness. Their spotter noticed my house had a couple damaged shingles from a recent windstorm and offered a free review and estimate. Normally I'm very skeptical of such offers, but decided to hear them out. Their roofer came over the same day and was very polite and professional. He took video to show me and listened when I told him I had attic access and found no leaks, double checked with his supervisor - and recommended that I didn't need to make repairs yet! I'm very happy with their no pressure, what makes sense for the client approach and I'm keeping their card for later if/ when I have roof work. read more

Crown Pointe just saved the day!!!! From the start, every representative I worked with was amazing. My roof was leaking due to hail damage and they were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and walk me through every step. It's not every day that a company really takes the initiative to be a true advocate for the customer but they did a better job of that than anyone could have asked or expected. I could not recommend Crown Point more. My only disappointment is that I can't give them more than 5 stars.
