I phoned Andrew, I think he's the owner, asking him if he could engrave on a leather Bible for me and if so how long would it take? He said it would take one week. So I rushed it over him and he did the most beautiful job. He matched it quit well with the look and writing on the side where the name of the Bible was. The Bible is for a very dear friend. I have been going to this store for years getting engravings on plaques and trophies and Bibles and ornaments. My kids were in every AYSO soccer, football or baseball games and teams. I was the team mom and my husband was the coach. This is a valuable company because you are personalizing a gift for someone. They will treasure it forever. It gives kids a sense of pride when they get a trophy or when they give a Plaque to us Team Mom's or Coaches. We still have them on our team shelves and remember the glory days. Once when my friend graduated from nursing school I had a box engraved that I put a gold locket in. They engrave on just about anything. They are first rate and you will be happy for years and years with the work they did for you. Now they are not cheap but you get what you pay for. I will use them many more times I'm sure. read more

Crown Trophy were amazing from start to finish. I needed enamel pins for a specific event out of town and had a hard deadline since I needed to pack them and take them with me. I had a custom design I made on my laptop. I am not a designer and it wasn't in the correct design app, was not the actual colors I wanted, etc. Just a black and white image and they communicated with me and came up with a proof that looked exactly like what I had described to them. I felt like I didn't have their full attention when they were taking my order, so I even sent an email to reconfirm the ALL the details. When I went to pick my order up it was created with the wrong material. An engraver was willing to redo it, however I didn't have the extra couple days to wait for that. On a good note: they were kind, and it's a mom and pop store so I may give them another shot in the future. I would recommend writing down your description and maybe draw a mock up to give to them when your order is being taken. They are a mature couple and have a lot on their plates.
