It was promised to be ready in 4 hours. Conveniently located in the Valencia Mall, passing the time was very easy. We went to have lunch and did some shopping. We returned just under 4 hours and her necklace was ready. The clasp was perfect, like it was part of the original necklace. The diamonds and chain sparkled better than new. The repair has a 3 month warranty. The necklace is old and very sentimental to our daughter. We're grateful to Fast-Fix for taking great care of it.

So I rushed it over him and he did the most beautiful job. He matched it quit well with the look and writing on the side where the name of the Bible was. The Bible is for a very dear friend. I have been going to this store for years getting engravings on plaques and trophies and Bibles and ornaments. My kids were in every AYSO soccer, football or baseball games and teams. I was the team mom and my husband was the coach. This is a valuable company because you are personalizing a gift for someone. They will treasure it forever. It gives kids a sense of pride when they get a trophy or when they give a Plaque to us Team Mom's or Coaches. We still have them on our team shelves and remember the glory days. Once when my friend graduated from nursing school I had a box engraved that I put a gold locket in. They engrave on just about anything. It was funny because Noelle was our Sales Associate and I remember her saying "Feel free to shop around, you'll be back" and she was not wrong. We shopped around mainly in Orange County, but this place had our heart from the very beginning. They walked us through EVERYTHING. It was very education forward and did not feel sales pushy at all. We figured out what size my finger was, we looked at what kind of bands I liked, and they put the stone over my finger so I would get an idea of what the ring would look like. Of course, they had the chart out that showed us where certain stones were ranking in terms of color, cut, and clarity. When we were done browsing, they set my partner up with a profile and provided notes on every little thing that I liked so that he would not have to remember when it was time to make the purchase. While I'm not too sure what went on between the time I went in and I got the ring, I do vaguely remember my partner telling me the jeweler (Eli) had a whole mock up of the ring on his computer to show him how it would turn out. My partner proposed in November, and I'm so obsessed with my ring. I get so many compliments on it. However, the story doesn't stop there! We went back to look for wedding bands in February and Eli introduced himself as the man who made my ring and he remembered EVERY LITTLE DETAIL of it. He even remembered the size of my finger! I was thoroughly impressed. He was very honest with us and said we could come back in August to buy the band because he wouldn't need 8 months to create the wedding band. I appreciate the honesty and it's not about making a quick buck here at Ro Ma. We ended up purchasing my wedding band in August 2026 with Eli and Tania. I'm shocked after a whole year later, they still remember us, my finger size, and the specs of my ring. Tania also told me to come back in before my wedding to get the ring cleaned up and she also said it's a good idea to have it looked at to make sure that the prongs are still looking good. The shop is not far from downtown LA (DTLA) where I work (15-20 min drive) so that I could drop off the job at lunch. There was plenty of street parking and the shop is right in a small building next to a beauty shop and close to the 76 station on the corner. What's great about this place is also the atmosphere... you walk into the shop and see displays of creative, artistic wood cutting, paper cutting, laser cutting jobs ranging from complex 3-D models to beautifully adorned signs. Immediately you get the sense they can do anything and the only limit is your imagination! The shop is clean, smells inviting, and is like stepping into a design dream world just off this busy street. The photos of Teresa's other passion - landscape design - adorn the walls. Gorgeous. They had my job beautifully displayed for my inspection, and I fell in love. Teresa and Al are the type of business owners you want to work with over and over. They were on their way to see a customer's building at CSULA because of the sense of connection created from the model they designed for the customer in the process.
