My pickup on 3 31 22 was flawless. My return on 4 12 22. Had a 2.5 hour drive to the Seattle airport, between boarding and flying time was 5 plus hours. Having your driver take me on an over 2 hour scenic ride was baffling to me. I can understand an alternate route to avoid tolls but the waste of gas going such a long way I feel defeated that. read more

I reserved at the last possible moment to get to Newark airport and Crown Vicky was able to accommodate me. I got no grief and no push back on reserving late...It was one of those situations where family said they could possibly do you a favor....and then suddenly could not drive you to the airport...I think we have all had that situation one time or another. To be candid, I wasn't expecting much, but what arrived (10 minutes early - perfect) was a great guy with a big smile (Rick, who is lovely!) in a clean, comfy car and aircon blasting - on one of the hottest days of the year. I did not have to touch my bag until I was well within the airport and I arrived well in advance of my flight to Europe. What made it even better was there was no last moment fumbling with a credit card and the tip, etc. - this was all done online, in advance and a completed PDF invoice was sent to my email, all in. When I arrived back from vacation - on yet an even hotter day - I received a text message when I landed that Rick was waiting for me, grabbed my bag on seeing me and put the coldest bottle of water with ice in my hand when I needed it most (jet lagged, hot and tired). The trip back to Orange County from Newark was one of the quickest ever since we chatted and laughed the entire way back. I almost never review anything with five stars as I travel a lot and am rather picky, but if you need a company that is reliable to get you someplace, this is definitely the one that gives the extra effort to make a difference.
