Unfortunately, my most recent experience using All County Car Service was miserable and will be my last. The pitfall of this business stands from their poor communication. Two and three word email responses from the owner led to either a miscommunication or deceit. Quite simply, I requested a roundtrip quote (home to airport with return). When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services. I ended up riding home at the end of my trip in a much nicer Cadillac Escalade with a different business! read more

I used All County Car Service on a recent flight into JFK arriving at 4pm on a Friday, driving into Tarrytown. I had gotten quotes from various car services and All County was by far the lowest. Their communication and service was outstanding during the entire process, from the initial quote, additional questions I had along the way, to confirmation of the pickup, driver information and meeting place. My driver Nestor was terrific, especially considering the Friday evening traffic getting out of the city. I would not hesitate to use them again next time I'm in the NYC area. read more

Please avoid this horrible car service company! I called ahead to reserve a ride with a car seat to LGA. I was pleased to learn that not only did they have a car available with a car seat on the date and time that I requested, but their price was also cheaper than other car service companies in Westchester. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. I called the day before my departure date to again confirm my ride for 5:15AM, and I was assured that the driver would be on time. On the date of my reservation, I was outside by 5:10AM with my bags and my child waiting for a ride that did not show up on time. When I called the company at 5:20AM, I was told that the driver made a mistake and thought that my reservation was for 6:15, and therefore he was running late. I cannot understand how that is possible when I called the day before to confirm. If I didn't jump in my car and drive to the airport myself, I certainly would have missed my flight. To add to my dissatisfaction with this company, the dispatcher who handled my reservation was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. He was not at all apologetic nor accountable for this error. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service! read more

We used All County to get us from Armonk to JFK recently. We had a 6:00 early morning pick-up on the trip down, and an 8:30 p.m. pick-up on the following Sunday night back to Armonk after our 8-day vacation to the Caribbean. Marco shuttled us down to JFK, and Jose' picked us up and brought us back to Armonk 8 days later. Both drivers were courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, and most importantly - PROMPT! Great communication from both gentlemen prior to the pick-up times, as well (confirmation texts were sent to us by both in advance). We had NO issues what so ever and we're really glad that we chose this company to service us. read more

Two weeks ago I used them to travel from thornwood to westchester county airport. I had been quoted a price prior to my trip. When I arrived at the airport ,the driver said no the price was higher. Since I needed to catch my flight I didn't spend time arguing with him but wrote a review. The next day I was contacted by them and was told the driver had made a mistake and switched the amounts on two separate trips and they would fix the mistake for me. I received a check in the mail a week later. I applaud them for their quick response and the way they fixed the problem. Customer service seems to be important to them. read more

Avoid the service at all cost. They're completely unreliable, and the person answering the phone is very comfortable with not saying the truth. I reserved the day before car to make it to the airport, and I called after 10 minutes when they hadn't shown up and they told me it would be another 10 minutes, and another 20 minutes later they still have not shown up. The owner was completely unapologetic and offered to help in no way, and in addition was extremely rude. Doesn't matter what costAvoid using the service, especially if you wanna get there in a timely manner or safely. I wish I could give them zero stars but I don't know how to do that read more

I normally don't write reviews but I don't want others to have the same experience and end up stranded trying to get to the airport. We wanted a car service since we were travelling with our infant daughter but were not planning on taking her car seat for this trip. We requested round trip service with a car seat. It was confirmed twice via e-mail with dates and times. Unfortunately, on the day we were supposed to depart we waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I called and was told by Marco he thought the pick up was at 2:45 instead of 12:45 but he knew my flight was at 4:50. So why would he think we would leave at 2:45 when its about a 40 minute drive with no traffic. Then he said its ok you don't really need to be at the airport early. Uh yes I do because I'm travelling internationally with an infant I cannot check in online and must do it in person with an agent which took over an hour. Luckily, we were able to get an Uber within 10 minutes no car seat but at least we made it to the airport. It seems from reading the other reviews being stranded has happened to others. read more

Trip to JFK driver very aware of the traffic issues and took us on bypasses and short cuts that worked. Trip to Westchester airport REALLY early AM, pick up on time very dependable. Don't waste you time with All County Car Service giving them one star is generous. Initial contact with Marco was good we agreed on a price for him to take me and my family to the airport and then to pick us up and take us home after the trip. Everything was confirmed by email days in advance. Only problem was they never showed up. I called Marco after waiting 20 minutes after the agreed pickup time and he said "where am I supposed to be? He wanted us to wait 45 minutes for him to get the car and pick us up which wasn't an option. It too bad that I can't leave zero stars. read more

Our driver, Jose, was there to meet us when we arrived in White Plains and was there, promptly and on time, to transport us to every event/activity we had scheduled. Their price was very decent, and unlike one of their competitors (Greenburgh Taxi), they accounted for the toll charges in their advertised rate and didn't throw in last-minute unknown toll charges far exceeding the actual one-way tolls. read more

I arrived un-anxious, having sat in front and shared a great conversation on health after 60, travel and more.
