My only suggestion would be for the business to be clear about pick-up instructions. We weren't familiar with the airport (or it rules/procedures) and were expecting someone to be waiting with a sign and our name (as that's been our experience in other cities). We had a difficult time finding our driver as we were unaware of where to go once out of baggage. That's fine, I just wish it was communicated ahead of time because it caused some stress. The vehicle was very clean, our driver was very friendly and the vehicle provided the level of accessibility and comfort we were seeking. Our driver knew a lot about the area and was very kind and patient. We felt safe, comfortable and appreciated the attention to wearing a mask properly and taking COVID protocol seriously. My Dad was scheduled for a pretty significant medical procedure and had no method of transportation to get him to and from the hospital. I live on the other side of the US, so I couldn't provide much help, other than to coordinate service. My Mom found SJL and, though we had no previous familiarity with them, decided to go with them for our needs. Ashley, who coordinated our SJL reservation was so helpful. She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process. We initially coordinated a 9 am pickup and later - the night prior to the reservation - had to reschedule to a pickup around 4 am, and SJL had no problem adjusting. The entire service was perfect. Ashley took great notes of everything that I explained to her about our situation, and the notification emails provided by the service reflected all the details that I had shared with Ashley - confirming that communication was flowing from me to Ashley and, ultimately, to the driver. The SJL web portal worked well. The driver, John, was on time and my Dad appreciated John's friendliness and good company. I can't thank SJL enough and hope that my strongest recommendation here expresses some of my gratitude. My Dad's hospital procedure wasn't comfortable for him, my Mom, or me.
