Taylor was very welcoming & attentive not only to my daughter, but to all the other kids there. She looked beautiful, but her voice was incredible! I was in shock how identical she sounds to Ariel & even her singing was exactly the same my daughter was in awe! She was able to fit in story telling, a few games, singing happy birthday, and photos with all the guests all within an hour I was so impressed. All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. Booking was easy via email and his prices/packages are listed on the website. I had about 15-20 kids at my party and he did such an AMAZING job entertaining both children and adults! I went with 45 min magic show, 20 min balloon twist, and 20 min bubble show. Even though it was raining that day, Dave was very accommodating and communicated with me the different options for a bubble show in case he can't do it outside. He still made it happen and the kids had so much fun popping gigantic bubbles in the rain. I also appreciated how Dave's magic show was age appropriate with the smaller kids but still catered to the adults with a few magic tricks.
