This company was one of the only places that had the Bluey and Bingo costumes I was looking for, for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. The people in costume park down the street so the kiddos don't see them change, which is smart. I didn't even think of that. I felt bad because the weather was 100+ degrees that day. I moved the party in doors because of the heat. Nataliia and her husband did an AMAZING job!!! My granddaughter and all the other kids were so excited!! They came in dancing to music, had the kids interact. Left to change out of costume come back and make balloon art for the kids, left to get dressed again in costume for more dancing and pictures. I only had them for an hour (my request). One thing I would recommend to the owners, maybe clean the costumes more often. A little dirty for my liking BUT hey, the kids didn't notices. I was very happy with it all and would totally recommend them!

The business owner keeps deleting my comments when I'm trying to help potential customers to not get the Bluey character! What he did was false advertising for me and my party! I have text message thread and can post more info. Please do not get Bluey and if you do you will regret it. He is unprofessional! DO NOT GET BLUEY! False advertisement!

We hired this company to surprise the guests and the groom at an amazing toy story themed wedding. On 8- 11-2018 . The company was very good at answering any of our questions and had many high quality characters. The costumes look good and that was my initial concern. For a wedding you need the best! They even learned the choreography for the dance and performed amazingly. They were mixing And mingling and dancing with the guests it was epic. The owner was on top of everything, kind and courteous. If you need great quality entertainment that will bring out the wow factor at your event, this is the company for you.

I have reserved Fiestco's services for our Robeks Store Grand Opening in Downtown LA. I asked for 2 characters (Minnie & Mickie) for 1 hours. They came 20 min early to have enough prep time (great job on that). We had over 40 children guests for our event and I must say there was not a single kid who didn't have fun with the characters. Even the adults were having fun and taking pictures. While one of the characters remained dressed up for the whole time, the second actress changed half way so she can do the balloon twisting, which added extra fun and commotion among the kids! Everyone had a fun balloon twisted to hi wish and the atmosphere was just magical! I will definitely recommend their services and will do business again.

Thank you party fiestco for making my daughters first bday the best! We kept minnie as a secret from all our guest and everyone was so suprised and loved her! Minnie was so nice my daughter warmed up to her very quickly. I was a lil skeptical at first but she came through and was there on time and was very communicative with me through text. We didnt get to do games or balloon twisting but it was perfectly fine! We took pics almost the whole hour she was there and she danced with the kids. I give this a 5 star! Thank you minnie for all the pics. Now I have a life long memories for my daughter when shes older.

Yesterday was my daughter's 6th birthday. We hired Fiestco for their Princess Peach character and Mario. When I asked to see how the Princess Peach looked like. We got the beautiful Princess you see in the Picture. We honestly were completely disappointed when we saw the character that showed up to our party. She was a mess. She honestly embarrassed us. Everyone in the party had something to say and was the laugh of the party. Aside from that, Mario was missing his gloves. I'm writing this because even though I got a discount, they still took a couple hundred dollars for their poor service. I don't think it is right for them to go around and take advantage of people. We all do it to give our kids good memories but it sucks that people like these, ruin it with their carelessness. Aside from that, no sincere apology given. Hope someone else does not fall for their false advertisement. read more

As mentioned in a previous review, the Bluey costume is dirty and unprofessional. It was a bittersweet experience. Very dirty costume with holes especially on the hand. The character walks around with a hole on his hand... I can only imagine what his home and underwear look like. The lady although fake kind outside of the costume was a real turd when in the costume. Literally ignored my husband's high five on camera. My husband pays therefore we give this a 2 star at best. Wash your costume. Give better customer service via phone and personal. I would not recommend. Sketchy. read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I hired them for my daughters first birthday party. They took my zelle payment and I never heard from them again! MAKE SURE YOU ARE PAYING THESE COMPANIES WITH A CREDIT CARD! NOT ZELLE, VENMO OR CASH APP ETC. THESE MERCHANT COMPANIES DO NOT PROTECT YOUR PAYMENTS! YOU CAN ONLY DISPUTE A SCAM TRANSACTION IF YOU PAY DIRECTLY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! I contacted them numerous times on the day of the event their phone was off! The characters also tried contacting them because they were told the wrong hours. Their own employees were unable to get a hold of them! This company is unprofessional! I specifically asked them to confirm all activities they would be coming with and the hours because I didn't trust them to begin with. I guess I should have shopped around a little more. Baby shark and peppa pig came and they were unprepared! They didn't have the specific things I asked for. They told me they would have glitter tattoos face painting etc they didn't have anything! All they had was a stupid parachute game and balloons. I hired them for 3 hours. Toddlers don't have an attention span long enough to play only 2 activities for 3 hours. It was a waste of money! Pay a little extra and get a professional company! The company I normally work with was booked because I waited to book a week before my event ‍ read more

I cannot explain in words how incredible Fiestco is. Our little guy was turning two and is obsessed with buzz lightyear. We called a few different places and looked through many photos and reviews. We were terrified that we would pick a company who would send us characters that look nothing like the photos. Thankfully, we found Fiestco. They were VERY reasonably priced. Their character costumes were VERY close to the Disney characters. We had woody and buzz lightyear come, and woody looked exactly like he does in the photos; buzz looked AMAZING. All the parents told me that woody looked so good. My little one could not contain himself. They were on time and came in with a stereo blasting all the toy story songs- it was an incredible touch. The kids and adults got completely amped up with that entrance, and woody went right into getting the kids to all play games with each other. We had kids aged 1-13, and woody managed to get ALL of them to play games together, laughing all the way. We were beaming. Then, woody made balloon animals while buzz had a "dance off" with our little one. They sang "happy birthday" with us, posed for countless photos, and went off into the sunset. Everyone told me that they were blown away. My husband and I have now set the bar, and we only have Fiestco to thank. They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and fun. Their character costumes were SPOT-ON!!!!!! We will be calling them in the future, that is for sure. read more

Today our preschool had a visit from Cookie Monster and Elmo for a student's 2nd Birthday. I am only leaving three stars as the characters came 15 min late. Only stayed in their costumes for literally 10 minutes than changed clothes into a semi clown outfits. The parent paid for Elmo and Cookie Monster for an hour. Their program was ok, not all "that" compared to other characters we have at the school. read more

I would definitely recommend Fiestco to anyone. They are so professional and kind.The details on the costume were great. They time themselves so well. I recently used this company for my sons birthday at his preschool and couldn't be any happier. The Spider-Man was amazing and entertained 30 kids by giving each kid special attention. Alex who I talked to over the phone was very easy to work with and very accommodating. My son loved Spider-Man and couldn't stop talking about all the activities they did with Spider-Man. UPDATE: REALLY, BEWARE. I've been arguing about this with Yelp for over a month. The review I posted on May 23 is 100% true and legitimate; however the owner of the company claims "You didn't books with us" and despite the fact that YES, I did, Yelp won't remove his comment nor post my reply. There are two companies on Yelp - Fiestco and Fiestco Events. Thru much reading and research it is my firm belief that they are owned by the same person who uses two different names. Fiestco Events appears by the looks of their web site to be more focused on weddings whereas Fiestco does parties. I was booking entertainment for a child's birthday party - why would I have ever reached out to Fiestco Events knowing they focus more on weddings? However, only after I posted my negative review because the sent the wrong character to my house and the entertainment was sub-par, I received an email from Fiestco EVENTS. I never contacted that company in the first place so how would they have ever gotten my email address if it's not the same company? Somehow although I only left a review for Fiestco, they managed to somehow duplicate it so that I would get into trouble with Yelp for posting two identical reviews. I only posted ONE review. The owner has two companies that claim to offer different things, and if a customer leaves a bad review he will claim you booked with the "other" Fiestco. It's so apparent. The photos of the "owner" on Yelp are clearly the same person. And it's sad that Yelp allows this because ultimately it's the consumer about who Yelp claims to care that they are hurting. read more

At first I thought it's kinda expensive but my friend convinced me to try, by the end I realized it worth every dollar, kids were happy. Taylor was very welcoming & attentive not only to my daughter, but to all the other kids there. She looked beautiful, but her voice was incredible! She was able to fit in story telling, a few games, singing happy birthday, and photos with all the guests all within an hour I was so impressed. All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. Booking process was really easy, but overall the service from the characters was not the best. The kids were laughing nonstop, completely engaged, and honestly believed Bluey was real. The energy, the games, the dancing, and the interaction were all perfect. The entertainer was professional, fun, and so patient with all the kids. They made my kids birthday feel extra special and kept everyone involved. Parents were smiling just as much as the kids! Thank you very much for an amazing party. My son loved ninja turtles and all games, magic tricks were magical as well. All kids and adults had fun time. I highly recommend fiesta.
