We did a walk in, was given an email address for a tattooist that was out sick, emailed him our designs and got zero replies. We called back to the shop, again multiple times before getting ahold of someone. That person told me to message another tattooist on facebook, so I did. I sent her our photos along with our availability, trying to set up an appointment, and she literally just got back to me...a week later. Then had the audacity to be surprised when I told her that their shop was unprofessional and that we were taking our business elsewhere. I have literally never had this much of an issue just trying to get a simple tattoo done.

So we scheduled an appointment late August to have it done. During that time I decided I wanted something different versus the flowers. My idea I wanted was well thought out on my head. I felt it would represent who Iam more than flowers. So I'm thinking I can go in and basically discuss what I my vision is in my head and Daisy would be able to sketch it up either on paper or digitally, ya know like most real artists do. But nope!! I drove all the way from Mishawaka to sit there and look at a bunch of google and Pinterest images on an iPad basically her telling me to find image pieces and she would some how put them together to create this tattoo. That entire process of having to break down what I wanted was extremely overwhelming to me. Not to mention she kept picking crap I didn't like!! I was getting increasingly frustrated. While I'm trying to explain this she proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how to draw. WHAT??!! How in the fk .. so you steal images off the internet and use editing software to make it your own?? Gtfo.. at that point I'm ready to leave. So another appointment was made for 3 weeks out. I'm supposed to go home and magically send all these photos of my vision. I thought about it and decided to eliminate the bulk of my tattoo and just do lightning. Easy right? So I send a message saying this with zero response. I waited over 24 hours and nothing. So I send another message asking if I have the right number and nothing. At this point I'm done with this unprofessional tattoo person who claims to be an artist. I cancel the appointment and ask for the $60 deposit we paid wayyyyy back in July! This deposit we were told was to hold the appointment and it would go towards the fee. We were never told it was non refundable! So daisy responded to my cancellation request in a very unprofessional manner. Telling me how I changed my mind to many times and wasted her time when she could have worked on someone else etc etc... changed my mind?? A tattoo is for LIFE and wouldn't a reputable artist know this and have better understanding? Well not this chick!! Wasted her time?? I drove from Mishawaka to Goshen with $1000 on hand in cash thinking I was getting a tattoo. We were there maybe 40 mins looking through her old iPad full of copyrighted pictures!! Give me a break chick.. I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone. She refused to refund us the $60 and isn't even a real artist! Go be a farmer Daisy!! Stop stealing money from people and images off the internet. It makes sense now why River is the way he is towards you. Smh.. That hun is called KARMA.

Absolutely positively do not allow these people to do your eyelashes. The bride and three bridesmaids got eyelashes, and it was a mess. There was too much glue, and the chic basically stuck them in and kept it moving, no trimming. She covered her botch jobs with mascara, but no one was fooled. We had to fix her disasters by buying eyelash kits and using that glue to fix the situations.

First time customer. I had Mckenzie. I have natural medium/ash brown hair and requested all over…read morecolor to cover gray. She showed me a couple of swatches showing me a dark brown one and I said I didn't want to go dark. I also showed her a sample picture of the color I wanted. She then showed me two swatches- a medium brown and a light brown saying she was going to mix them so my hair wasn't too dark or too light. So my hair came out almost black. I stated it was way too dark and she said it would lighten when I washed it, but there was no way it was going to lighten to my original color. She stated we never discussed a light brown color. She then stated she could 'malibu' it but I refused because I was crying about how terrible my hair looked and just wanted to leave. I called the manager Nika and she was very understanding. Nika stated she talked to Mckenzie and she had used a gel color which usually comes out darker (throughout this process multiple stylists told me they would not have used a gel) She was able to get me in after closing the next day to fix the color with Mandy. My hair was bleached and then color put over it, it came out to be a dark chestnut color (still lighter than the color Mckenzie put in). I was still dissatisfied with my color because it wasn't as light as I wanted but Mandy stated she wanted to do it in cycles not to ruin my hair. It also has an orange hue to it. I also had to pay for the color fix. No follow up call from the manager making sure I was satisfied and no follow up offering the next cycle to get my hair to where I had originally requested it. So clearly not the best experience. Hopefully I can find a place that has professional colorists and doesn't make the customer feel like it's their fault if the color comes out wrong.

I came to the shop on…read morea walk in for a super simple tattoo and met with Sly, connected with her and her work, and decided she would be my artist moving forward. The shop is clean and has all private rooms. She was able to draw up this cat shaped floral piece in just a couple hours and it surpassed my expectations. The intricacies and depth of the flowers is incredible and her pricing is very affordable. Sly offers a broad range of work and I'd recommend her and the shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing!
