Don't go here! I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I sat…read moredown, the workstation was still covered with nail dust and debris from the previous client, and the technician never cleaned it before starting my service. I came in asking for a gel manicure, but the technician kept insisting that I get acrylic nails instead. I politely explained that I only wanted gel, and he became visibly upset. He started preparing my natural nails by filing them down, then abruptly stopped, walked away, and left me sitting there with my nails unfinished. No one else at the salon stepped in to help, apologize, or offer to finish the service. I left with damaged, unfinished nails and felt completely disrespected as a customer. I understand that technicians may have recommendations, but customers should never be pressured into a service they don't want. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and poor hygiene were unacceptable. I came in excited to treat myself and left feeling frustrated. The photos speak for themselves. The one doing my mani-pedi seemed irritated and condescending the entire time. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, he pushed me repeatedly to get gel polish--even after I declined. He even went so far as to ask my friend to convince me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he commented that he could "tell I barely get pedicures," which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, both men spoke in another language, but their body language and tone made it obvious they were talking about us. We also noticed them being dismissive toward other customers--one even returned right after her appointment because her nail chipped, and others walked out due to long wait times. To make matters worse, my manicure left me bleeding. While he did apologize, after four years of experience (as he mentioned), I would expect basic skill and care to prevent that from happening. It also seems like appointments are not prioritized properly, adding to the frustration. With so many other salons in the area, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else that values professionalism, customer comfort, and quality service.
