As a cancer survivor herself she had a lot of insight on what to expect when losing hair and offered some things to consider about the process (like how long it might take your hair to grow back - something I honestly hadn't even considered being so focused on treatment.) I found a wig I liked and she had it ordered in the color that suited me best. About a week later I was back in the office and she spent a good amount of time making sure I was comfortable putting it on and handling it properly. Also going over how to clean and care for it. Jan's knowledge and compassion is immeasurable and I feel so fortunate to have found her during my cancer journey.

The place is very nice and clean inside and has its own lounge with free coffee. When she didn't have the exact hair color I wanted, she offered that we run down to the local hair shop down the street. I felt bad being so picky, but we went and I got to pick out the exact color I needed! We got back around 10:40, and after she finished blow drying my hair, started braiding around 11:00. I have never been somewhere where they can do my hair in under 6 hours, but she didn't stop doing my hair at all, and she got it done by 2:00. 3 hours!!! I was actually appalled. But the best part was that it was clean, quiet, and I got to eat my lunch there too and she didn't mind at all. She is such a nice lady and we had great conversation! Such a blessing that God led me there, and I will be returning every time! I got medium, mid-back boho braids for around $300, she even negotiated prices with me and asked me first what I wanted to pay! I would have paid a lot more for that experience honestly, I recommend to everyone.

I tried on different ones and then the perfect one jumps out at you. I didn't want to go as short as my last one and this had some length on the neck. It was also close to my natural color too. Eileen answered and gave me a same day appointment. She is so knowledgeable and courteous with an awesome inventory of just what you would want. When I arrived for my appointment, she selected what I was looking for from her vast assortment of quality toppers, she did a few adjustments to the topper and I walked out a new woman. I've gotten a lot of complements. Her prices are reasonable too. I wish I had gone to her sooner.
