They walked me through multiple options and helped me choose the best path forward, which for me was an FUE hair transplant. The staff consistently makes themselves available for quick questions, which really helped put me at ease throughout the process. Taylor, the Operations Director, has clearly built a strong team that delivers professional, high-quality service. They take a very comprehensive, long-term approach to hair restoration. In addition to the procedure, they offer hair care products to support healing and regrowth, red light therapy treatments, haircuts tailored for post-transplant care, genetic testing, and custom medications and vitamins as part of an ongoing care plan. Pricing was very reasonable, and the entire experience, from consultation to the procedure and the follow-up aftercare has been phenomenal. That's where people like me go to get help with thinning hair. It's not cheap at all and it is not in their best interest to offer ALL solutions and will go so far as to give information that they have no way of knowing as they are not doctors and perform no tests to determine exactly what is the problem. After speaking to a dermatologist and an exam by that dr. , I found out there was another possible solution which The Hair Club happened to offer. But when I called them to see about getting the service from them, the salesman told me it would not work for me. The reason he didn't offer it was because THE ONLY THING THAT WAS OFFERED WAS SUBSTANTIALLY MORE EXPENSIVE. When signing the contract, it states on the first page that you can cancel within 10 days for a FULL REFUND should you change your mind for ANY reason less an administration fee. But it does not show how much that fee is UNTIL THE NEXT PAGE LISTED UNDER PAYMENTS NOT CANCELLATION....and that fee is $450.00. To me that is underhanded, dishonest, and theft. In their refund disclosure they basically want you to sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND AGREE NOT TO SAY ANYTHING DISPARAGING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Sounds to me like they KNOW EXACTLY what they are doing. So I'll be posting this on every social media outlet I can find...as well as any reviews I can find to let customers know to beware. I guess they can sue me if they think it will make them more money. And people wonder why no one trusts anyone anymore. And this may sound totally dumb to everyone else but it makes me feel like I've gotten shafted and have no other recourse than to raise hell about it. They take advantage of people in a vulnerable position and it just ain't right.

He ordered 14,200 dollars in MRI's; kept me NPO for 24 hours and didn't start surgery until 7 pm; pulled the rug out from under me by refusing to do the cervical injection; misdiagnosed a lumbar tear; coerced me to sign a promissory note for a lumbar injection where I had surgery and an implant that caused severe harm to the central nervous system and charged me another 15,200K. It had no benefit. His nurse is not qualified or licensed to conduct a facial microneedle. It was the worst case of incompetence, greed and malpractice I have ever experienced. Dr. McKenna lacks integrity. It is no wonder that his former partner, Dr. Riordin, locked him out of their clinic, went separate ways and 2 wives have divorced him.
