That's where people like me go to get help with thinning hair. It's not cheap at all and it is not in their best interest to offer ALL solutions and will go so far as to give information that they have no way of knowing as they are not doctors and perform no tests to determine exactly what is the problem. After speaking to a dermatologist and an exam by that dr. , I found out there was another possible solution which The Hair Club happened to offer. But when I called them to see about getting the service from them, the salesman told me it would not work for me. The reason he didn't offer it was because THE ONLY THING THAT WAS OFFERED WAS SUBSTANTIALLY MORE EXPENSIVE. When signing the contract, it states on the first page that you can cancel within 10 days for a FULL REFUND should you change your mind for ANY reason less an administration fee. But it does not show how much that fee is UNTIL THE NEXT PAGE LISTED UNDER PAYMENTS NOT CANCELLATION....and that fee is $450.00. To me that is underhanded, dishonest, and theft. In their refund disclosure they basically want you to sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND AGREE NOT TO SAY ANYTHING DISPARAGING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Sounds to me like they KNOW EXACTLY what they are doing. So I'll be posting this on every social media outlet I can find...as well as any reviews I can find to let customers know to beware. I guess they can sue me if they think it will make them more money. And people wonder why no one trusts anyone anymore. And this may sound totally dumb to everyone else but it makes me feel like I've gotten shafted and have no other recourse than to raise hell about it. They take advantage of people in a vulnerable position and it just ain't right.
