When I reached out I was assigned Sebastian. From the very beginning Sebastian was extremely friendly, patient, understanding and most importantly, very knowledgeable and transparent. I initially sent him over a bullet point list of what I was looking for and details of our trip. We then scheduled a short call to discuss my trip and confirm some trip details. Very quickly thereafter Sebastian provided the initial itinerary that was extremely spot on, which made me appreciate that he listened intently and captured every single detail of my trip request. I immediately felt more relaxed knowing that Sebastian really cared about my trip and wanted to get things right, right out of the gate. As part of the itinerary that Sebastian provided, it included a phenomenal package of hotel stays, flights and tours across 3 cities in Japan at cost-effective rates. Things I would 100% not have been able to find/secure on my own. Sebastian was able to get me everything we wanted in our trip and within our budget. I could not believe it! Fast-forward to once we were in Japan... We had a tour one day to Mount Fuji and the third party company that Sebastion had procured our tour from, had delayed our tour voucher and still had not provided it as of the morning of our tour. From Japan at 8am local time, as my family and I waited outside the tour bus, with 20 minutes left before the bus would leave for the tour, I called Sebastian for his help. In less than 5 minutes he called me back and retrieved the voucher from the third party and emailed it me, so we would not miss our tour. Sebastian sprung into action immediately and saved what could have been a very disappointing day, into a day my family and I will never forget in such a wonderful way! As we were getting close to ending what had been an incredible vacation to that juncture, I reached out to Sebastian as we were gearing to heading to our final city (Osaka) in Japan for our final 3 nights, asking if he could do anything about our hotel lodging as I felt our jr. suite would be too cramped for my family of 5. Again, Sebastian sprung into action immediately and was able to pull some strings and upgrade us to a larger suite that was perfect for us AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. All in all, reaching out to L & B Travel and being fortunate enough to work with Sebastian was the best thing that could have happened to my family and I with our vacation as everything turned out beautifully, as we really had the time of our lives. That being said, I recommend L&B Travel to anyone and everyone, and I recommend Sebastian to all who are looking to plan a trip. He really knows his stuff, but you get a guy who is honest, patient, understanding, hardworking and transparent, and who did all the heavy-lifting to get my trip planned successfully. The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. We used Boulevard Travel for my sister's wedding and there was quite a few disappointing moments. 1. My nephew is in a wheelchair and we repeatedly reminded the travel agent that we would need preapproval to bring his wheelchair aboard and he would need handicap seating on the plane. The travel agent did not notify the airline and he was put in the last row of the plane and there was no record of the wheelchair request. My sister then had to pay out of pocket ($250) to move his seat to where she was originally promised he would be seated in the first place. 2. We booked everything through the travel agency (flights, hotel, transportation). Our flight home was cancelled and rescheduled, with the whole group ending up on separate flights on separate days. I understand that this happens sometimes and it was out of anyone's control. However, it was the travel agency's response that was disappointing. They had no idea the flight had been changed. We informed the travel agent through email. My mom (mother of the bride) called the travel agent a few times asking to speak with her and did not receive a call back. My 85 year old grandpa was moved to a Saturday departure instead of Thursday and my cousin was put on a different flight than her parents. Then around 5PM ET (3PM MT) the day before our flight we all received an email saying there was absolutely nothing they could do to help us, and we were on our own to figure out how to switch flights and find accommodations. We were later told by WestJet that the travel agent was the one who had to initiate the flight switches and connect us to some solutions - which she did not. It was handled very poorly. Why would I book through a travel agency if they can't help me in a crisis and I have to deal with it myself anyway, on my vacation? I would not use Boulevard Travel again. The manager was also unhelpful and offered no solutions. The whole thing was disorganized.

We needed to go from LAX to Logan then a few days later from Logan to Newark and then a few days later from Newark back to LAX. We also needed accommodations. A co-worker of my husband suggested we call them so we did. They got us all non-stops for an AMAZING price at exactly the times we wanted to fly. In addition Collen spent hours on the phone trying to locate well priced centrally located bedbug free hotels. We wound up at Courtyard by Marriott for a ridiculously low price. Our locations couldn't have been safer or more convenient. She and Cameron, her son, are miracle workers. The fact that they were on the phone with hotels, checking bedbug websites, and combing customer reviews. This just shows their tenacity. Heck, I wouldn't have the nerve to call a hotel and ask if they had a bedbugs. There is no way I could have done what they did. I have dealt with plenty of travel companies in the past including AAA. There are always problems. Boulevard's plans were perfect. Why sit online for hours blindly planning a trip for a possibly decent price and then wind up paying more for something that doesn't really fit the bill. Go to Boulevard, they're the best.
