We did not discern an apology or explanation, despite the fact that a family member already had difficulty walking. Hopefully just a late-night glitch, but you may want to be prepared during renovations.

Terminal C is one of the prettiest terminals you will see anywhere in the US. Theirs above average food throughout and it's very easy to get to different terminals. In addition the amount of non stop flights out of this airport is truly amazing. Aside from getting to Asia, you can travel to a ton of places non-stop. Lastly, their patented carpet print is the best!

This terminal has done a great job of making the embarkation and debarkation process seamless. If you come early like I did, you will have to wait outside. They had a special Yacth club tent for members. The regular line was covered and it was not very long. Once you get into the building, it was well conditioned but you can tell it is difficult in the Florida heat. All the staff are friendly and help make the process easy. Getting off the boat was also easy. The signage was clear. Staff are there to point you in the right direction. The buildings are clean. I do wish they had more covered seating outside for those of us waiting for our rides.

The TSA security agent was very friendly and helpful by having my wife take our pet out of the travel carrier and he even reached out a pet our little Lilly. It was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. One thing I learned from this trip: if there's a chance of storms, I'd rather not fly into Orlando. Airline delays can leave you stuck on a plane for many hours with no control over the situation. This is exactly why I prefer driving whenever possible. When you drive, you're in control of your schedule and destination. You can adjust your route, make stops when you want, and you're not sitting on an airplane for many hours waiting for a gate to open. For me, driving is the better way to travel.

The seating is so cramped you'll practically be breathing the same air as the people next to you. If you're lucky, you might even get to hear their entire phone conversation while you're at it. By the end of the call, I practically felt like I was sitting in the delivery room waiting for the baby to arrive. The food options are very limited and honestly not very good. It's not the worst lounge I've been to, but it's nowhere near great. Just be prepared for a crowded, uncomfortable experience where you have no personal space.

I requested an update on my order after about 30 minutes of waiting and it took them another 5 minutes or so to finish. Apparently, my experience wasn't unique. This is fine, stuff happens. But then the staff chose to talk trash about me for no reason. I'm still confused because I genuinely wasn't rude in the slightest to them.
