The price was reasonable for a shuttle from our hotel to the cruise terminal (1.5miles away). This is where is went wrong: Our scheduled pick up time was 10:15AM. We were outside waiting for our driver before 10AM. Our driver was Bill (who I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend). Bill texted me at 10:08AM saying that he was our driver and would be 15 minutes late due to traffic in Orlando. At 10:30AM he then said he was 4 minutes away. At 10:40AM I had to ask again where he was and he said 1/2 a mile. He arrived 30 minutes late. Due to his tardiness I only tipped him $10, as the men in our group loaded the luggage and the men at the terminal unloaded the luggage. Bill then rudely texted me after dropping us off at the terminal. And ultimately he finished the conversation saying he's an independent contractor and I'm a "cheap SOB." See pictures below of messages. The van itself with the trailer for luggage was fine and served its purpose but Bill's tardiness and rudeness via text message following the ride was uncalled for. Prior to booking, reading reviews on this company made me hesitant to book but I tried anyways. I wouldn't book again for the fear of getting Bill as our driver. I've read other drivers as great though, so that's the gamble you take. Maybe the company can find someone better than Bill.

Honestly, initially he came off a little rude BUT Frank knows the transportation business of to/from airport, to/from hotel, to/from cruise ship like the back of his hand. He asked all the questions I didn't think of, he gave all the information I didn't even know I needed, and he was very helpful. We were a total of 17 people (11 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant that needed a car seat and they provided, which you are required to set up yourself). They used two vans, one a family van and another nicer, bigger van. They picked us up from airport, dropped us off to hotel, picked us up from hotel the next day and dropped us off to port, picked us up from port a week later, dropped us off to hotel and then back to airport. In total we dealt with 4 different drivers, Frank included, and ALL were very nice. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Calls and text to confirm and 3 out of the 4 pickups they were there early to pick us all up. The major hiccup however came when we got off the cruise ship. Frank called to confirm morning of that someone would be there holding a sign with my name and that she was there already waiting. We got off the ship earlier than our time and I walked up and down looking for our driver holding my name, there was no person. Looong story short it seems they used another company, Beach Line, to pick us up that morning in a shuttle but there was a miscommunication between the two companies and Beachline did not have us down for pick up so we had to wait until there was an opening. Overall we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. Which wasn't great with 5 kids and a baby, sitting in the heat. Beachline wasn't apologetic at all and blamed Frank entirely for the issue. Frank was very apologetic. There was nothing we could do but wait. It wasn't a great situation, but in the end would I use them again? Yes. They're a small company, very helpful, friendly, and overall I was satisfied with their service.

However, we had a medical situation with my infant and Walt was wonderful in helping us. He quickly changed course with us to take us to the ER and then back to our hotel. Through our stressful situation, Walt always assured us they would be there for us. I felt at least one sigh of relief while we were going through a medical emergency. Walt was clear at communicating with us at all times, who our driver would be, and what vehicle would get us. Additionally, they were always there to answer our calls.
