It began with the efficient guidance by Cindy Barnett of all the necessary details on a 14-cruise on Oceania Serena from Barcelona to Dublin. No easy task moving from one country to another--five in all--and monitoring all the specific requirements by helping to set up the excursions, obtaining travel insurance and entry documents into the U.K. (which now requires proper authorization beyond passports).
