I called this place 5 times between 9 am and 1:50 pm Monday Mar 17 and nobody answered the phone. I travel for business and need to leave my car at the Enterprise location from which I travel, which is why I was calling this location - to ask if I can leave my car. I live in Pickens County and renting from here would save me a 30 mile drive to Woodstock. Oh, well. It's back to the Enterprise location on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. It is the best run Enterprise location I've ever visited, by far. read more

This is Enterprise as a corporation. The locations have little help with how the company treats them. This is twice I have rented this year to only get to the local office and they have nothing to rent (with prior reservation) I called corporate to verify the vehicle was on site and she said yes...get there and there is not a single vehicle on site. There were 4 other customers that had pre reserved and we were told maybe at 4 today. I called corporate and now waiting for a return call... 10 minutes and nothing even though it was prioritized. read more

I will forever be an Enterprise customer because of this locations customer service! John and Elliot greeted me for my appointment and had a lineup of vehicles ready for me to choose from. I was upgraded and it meant the world to my wife and I as we were traveling to say goodbye to her father who was about to pass. I am returning the vehicle today and John has already assured me a ride back to my house and we have just moved here and don't know anyone. As long as Enterprise keeps hiring employees like these guys, I will keep returning. I cannot say enough for these guys!! My transmission went and I would have lost job; they did all they could to get me an affordable rental asap. They even gave me economy price for small SUV. The car was great, actually fell in love with it! Kia Soul. Cannot say enough about Kyle and Stuart there and customer service! While I see a few reviews that indicate worse services ever, I want to make sure that I submitted my review. My encounter at the Jasper Enterprise location was SUPER awesome service. The front counter customer service rep's aka Brandi and Tate were very helpful and was able to greet me upon me walking in the door. Fast services and let me know all to be expected. If anyone has had no so great service in the past, please opt to try this location again. Team Work!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service ever encountered. Lady at the counter was rude and completely unhelpful. We are on a trip here from Miami in an RV and can't get up the mountain on it. Tried to rent a car so we could get up to the cabin. Apparently they find it weird that we would try to rent a car without having a reservation first? Lol I guess people can't be spontaneous here. She said they only have cars on Mondays and it's OBVIOUSLY Thursday so why would they have a car? We're 6 people in the office and she asks "but what type of car do you even need, a seater, a cargo, what? Joking one of the guys said Cargo because obviously we're in an RV why would she ask such a ridiculous question and she got got upset and said she'd go to jail. Lol. Lighten up lady, we just need a car and you need to be nicer to people. This would've all been different if when we walked in the door and she asked if we had a reservation she just said " I'm sorry, we don't have extra cars here we work by reservation only." Next time just say that instead of getting high blood pressure for no reason. Guess she'd never seen Hispanics before. Second time I have booked online and they called to say they do not have the type vehicle available. Never again.

This is my second experience at Enterprise in Jasper. Both experiences were wonderful! Staff were kind, helpful and courteous. I will definitely come to them in the future and recommend them. In fact, I was so pleased that I asked for her manager's email so I could let him know about my experience. And yes, I write and send him an email. When I called today, I was very stressed with 2 hour drive to get this wounded vehicle to the dealership and in time before the dealership and enterprise closed. She put my mind at rest and, I just felt it was all going to be OK because of her. Thank God, the truck did arrive and arrived in time to before closing. read more

I have been an enterprise customer for years in Metro Atlanta and this branch, small as it is, has left me satisfied and well served. Becky and staff were not only courteous but kind, and offered to pick me up, not needed, and take me home, which I accepted, saving me hours of time waiting for a second family driver. True Southern Hospitality, and a wonderful luxury 2018 Ford Pick-up, and great service. I highly recommend these folks, and suggest, because of their boutique size, that you call ahead and reserve early. read more

If I can give no stars I am going to. I am in a long term rental due to a recall on my own vehicle. I was driving my rental which started having some issues and the check engine light came on so I called the Enterprise I originally got my car from and since I was over 1.5 hours away they told me.to go to the nearest one and they would take care of me. WELL THEY WERE VERY WRONG ABOUT THAT. I got to the enterprise in Jasper and was greeted by the Assistant Manager and told that they have no cars and that since the check engine light was on that "I" Yes "I" needed to take the car down the street to the Chrysler Dealership and have the car checked. I wad.told simce.I rented the car it.was My responsibility to take it to have checked. This is unheard of. I have been renting cars for years and never been told to go have my vehicle checked at a mechanic. I asked if he could call and get another store to bring me a car and he said NO that the car was my responsibility. So I had to proceed to drive this rental with the check engine light on and when going up hills losing power and barely making it up the entire way back to the original Store which upon arrival was taken care of very professionally and put in another car. I was amazed that with the issues the car was having and the danger I was being put in that I need to get back in the car that was having problems and get back on the road and drive it again. Not knowing of it would even make it to the next stop. I will be sending this to Corporate as well in hopes that they train this individual in common courtesy and customer service or to replace him with someone who knows what they are doing. read more

This has to be the absolute worst rental car establishment that I have ever encountered. What kind of rental car establishment doesn't have any cars on their lot? I mean what good are they if they have to get cars delivered from another location. On top of that, I had a standing reservation for 14 day in advance because someone totaled my car, 14 days! and they gave it away because they are over booked. Small town values. I have been renting cars for over 35 years. Jasper Georgia is a quite little small town. "Just go up the street and talk to Bob" vs " sending you to an impersonal place, with someone who will treat you like a number" kinda place. I am in a long term rental. I rented an SUV cross over that turned out to be to large for us the two of us. Rented it on a Friday and while they were closed on Saturday, it was as easy to go to another location and make the exchange. I had a flat tire in this last rental and it was in the side wall. The agreement clearly stated that I had to pay for the tire if it could not be fixed. I called them and asked where I should take it and pay for the tire. Not only did they give me one of their preferred vendors, but they also paid for it. I have always had a positive experience from any Enterprise location, but more particularly in this location as its easy to get in and out of with great customer service.
