Read "Master and Sylvania" drive time contract VERY VERY carefully!! 1) you have to sign the contact AND PAY for the time BEFORE they'll call you and schedule the drive time appointments. They REFUSE to discuss the schedule until you pay. Seems harmless though, right?? 2) "no refunds" in the contract Sure, why would you need a refund??? They are reputable. 3) they "guarantee" to provide the hours "within 6 months" of the contract. So ..... when they call you to schedule time (remember - you have already paid) and they can't schedule you in for over a month... and then you find another company who can get you in over the next two weeks .... NO REFUND. Oh, really? Yep really. You paid, they got you in less than 6 months. No refund. Surely a call will help. Nope. "Sorry, you signed the contract". Nice business model.

Amy's instructor, Erica, was a wonderful teacher. She put Amy, a nervous driver, who had twice failed the test in the past, at ease. Erica calmly and meticulously taught Amy how to drive safely and with confidence. We were both so impressed with Erica and I highly recommend her to families with nervous teens! I saw a night and day difference in Amy's driving and in her confidence level on the road. Erica is a gifted teacher! Amy then took her test with Mike who like Erica was low key and also able to put young drivers at ease. Mike obviously knew his stuff but had such a lovely personality that Amy was not nervous at all. I am unsure if Mike teaches but he seemed to be gifted with young people just like Erica. All-Star has clearly done their due diligence in hiring great staff. Plus when Amy passed with flying colors, Mike seemed almost as proud of her as I was! All-Star was a great help to me. I'm not sure that I would have been able to get Amy comfortable on the road myself because she was so nervous after her previous failures that I didn't feel it was safe to practice with her without help. All-Star was easy to deal with on the phone and provided excellent customer service. They made driving lessons safe, comfortable and easy for Amy giving her the needed information, practice and confidence. For the peace of mind and safety it was well worth the money for private lessons -- especially with such an excellent staff! We are so grateful to the staff at All-Star and recommend them highly!

Waist of time and money!! Spent almost 3 weeks in training and they kicked me out because I…read morerequested a different instructor. The instructor wanted to sit in his car and play on his phone instead of teaching. Then would yell at you for not learning the way he wanted. Spoke to office staff 3 times about the problem and their reaction was to kick me out after the third time I talked to them. The instructor had his entire class fail the class before mine. That is 100% fail rate. The school refused to put another instructor in his place. They charged almost 4500.00 to attend class. Huge waist of time!!
