I decided to get the pumpkin borek and was pleasantly surprised! The boreks i tried when i was younger were not nearly as airy as this. This was more like a savory croissant. My only wish was that it had more pistachio incorporated throughout--while the pistachio cream on top was tasty, I think a bit more of the nutty flavor would have taken it to the next level.
