I love crumbl cookies but I try to just save it for special occasions since they're not super organic and low calorie blah blah blah. I came in the day before my birthday for my annual cookie which they nicely gave to me a day early so I was able to enjoy it at the summit of south sister on my actual birthday. It tasted so amazing at 10K ft. This was the cookies and cream one but I also tried a mini lemon one and that was also so mouthwatering. I'm obsessed with these cookies and I wish I could live on them. Thank you for my early birthday cookie! i used to really enjoy coming to crumbl, the service was fast, the cookies were always good and the place was always clean, however for some reason the whole thing became pretty awful, i just went to crumbl at 6:30 on a monday (they close at 10), they were out of majority of the cookies and they were out of the main thing that everybody was going for. we waited for a while for them to give us the cookies and when we finally got them we discovered that they were ice cold, why did it take so long if they were already made? the place also wasn't very clean and there was stuff all over the place. won't be going here anymore. read more

I went with a friend to pick up a order and was greeted by a older lady named Elizabeth. when I told here for my order but I might be a bit early she gave me a very snarky look almost like I disgusted her and then she mumbled something as she walked to the back couldn't quite make out what she said. Then when my cookies where ready she sat them down on the table with a close top and walked away no have a good day no dose your order look correct nothing just walked away. A great place to come if you want fresh baked cookies, and the chocolate chip is gooey and crispy on the outside, which is a perfect cookie. We just needed the milk and we didn't have any... I highly recommend coming to any of these locations as they are worth buying a variety pack. I think the prices are a tad high, but it's not like you're buying them everyday, so better get a variety instead of just one. read more

They hit more than miss - yummy cookies that are large (but pricey) and may not be everyone's cup of tea. They will always have a chocolate chip version each week and then rotate out the other flavors. The staff at this location is friendly, and service is quick (you can order yourself at kiosks). Start that diet on Monday and go treat yourself. read more

Sarah is the most unprofessional shift manager I have ever met. Paid for cookies was told that they have eight minutes left in the oven and then they will have my box ready. I politely told them I would wait. Return 10 minutes later for them to sell the cookies to other customers and tell me I'm not priority even though my order was paid for and placed before theirs. Highly disappointed. I've order cookies weekly since opening week and this was the worst experience. Yes I received a refund, but I waited over 20 minuets from order time for them to sell the cookies to other customers and tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. Very very disappointed. Being told you are not priority when you have already paid for something is most outrageous way to handle a situation. Won't be returning for quite some read more

Went bright and early for the soft opening today! They already had quite a few customers but were totally prepared. Even being 8 am they were all so ready and happy to be open! We got welcomed by everyone who was working and they had all hands on deck. We got a party pack (12) and two 6 packs. Party pack is 38 and 6 pack is 22. We bought a cookie cutter for 5 dollars because we normally travel to get Crumbl but now we have it in town, we will be there every week! I cut my cookies 8ths and they last us awhile. They are worth it and the experience of the different flavors every week is so fun! You can sign up for Crumbl rewards and eventually get 10 dollars off, it comes pretty quick! Got the cookies and they looked great and delicious and the taste matched up! So excited they are here and we don't have to travel 2 hours! read more

The cookies are pretty good. Really sweet, but not disappointing. However, don't expect any sort of personable experience. Either order from the app or on the computers in the store. I had a question and needed to speak to someone and stood at the front counter that says "order here" for at least 5-8 minutes while the staff worked their stations and ignored me. Mind you, they could SEE me from their stations and continued to ignore me. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I don't think I will be returning for a very long time. Good customer service these days is hard to find, and it isn't happening at Crumbl. read more
