3.5 stars but rounding up for solid chewy cookies. Crumbl Cookies are on the sweeter side, but really good with a tall glass of milk. They weren't busy at 7pm on a Monday. There were 8 types of cookies to choose from (they rotate at least weekly), and 6 different ice creams. You can order ahead online, at the kiosk in the store, or directly at the cashier. Walked into the store and no one was upfront. Had an employee come out look at me,not acknowledge me and then just go back to working. No "hello",not a "hi", not a "Welcome to Crumbl cookies". I've been to this location several times and they're by far the worst staff I have run into. Been there once to pick up and ordered once to have delivered. The pick up order was great. The delivery order.....not so pretty. The frosting ran off the cookies and into the box, very messy. Cookies still tasted good, but I'd definitely pick them up so you can look at them before you leave the store and take care of them when you travel! Especially if you are taking them for a crowd!! Cookie flavors change weekly, except for the milk chocolate chip which they always have. Cookies are big and a fourth of one is about the size of your average cookie. The ones I had were very sweet so a fourth of one was perfect size. They do have smaller cookies (about a fourth of one of the big ones) for catering. Recommend getting those if you are ordering enough! I also heard they freeze well. read more

Holy cookie!! I'm now obsessed with Crumbl Cookies! A little spendy for my liking but work every single cent! I purchased the 4 pack which came out to $12 .. I got the original chocolate chip, sugar cookie and added the Nutella and confetti sugar cookie. The chocolate chip was crazy good and warm!! The sugar cookie was sweet, moist and delicious! I looked up coffee on Yelp and it brought up crumbles cookies and I can assure you that crumbles has NO coffee! I asked! I like the cookies because they aren't all buttery and fatty, their light and big and I appreciate that. I'm a service guy from Minnesota and I always pay attention to it everywhere I go and they were slow to go meaning it felt like we might be bothering them when we walked in. I have been here several times and for whatever reason, I've always forgotten to write a review! Literally one word when I think of crumbl cookie "AMAZING!" I love this place. This location specifically has never disappointed me. I love that they offer weekly cookies. It, of course, makes me want to keep coming back time and time again. I have brought them a few times to work and I still haven't stopped hearing about how amazing they were. We went tonight for the ultimate peanut butter cookie and the banana cream pudding cookie. Both were amazing! I've also found that they compliment each other and taste great together! The staff is always nice, warm and welcoming. It was only my second time to any Crumbl store and I needed to set up the points for buying cookies and figuring out their computer ordering system. It turns out you add your name and phone number at the end of your order to get your points System created.
