I hate to give a bad review to Crumbl because I love their cookies so much. So much so that I have a sweatshirt. I ordered my cookies and they said they would be ready for pick up at 4:40. I went to the store at 4:50 and said "I'm here" and waited in my car for 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I went inside. Waited another 3 minute just to be given a box of cookies that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. She just handed them to me without showing them To me, without apologizing for the wait, or even saying a word. Honestly super disappointed in the customer service at this location. read more

Walking into Crumbl you immediately feel yourself fall into a trance from the wonderful cookie smells. I am not a sweets or dessert eater, but all that is put aside once you taste these cookies. The main stays are sugar and chocolate chip. The other flavors are rotating and are "announced" on their web site or instagram on Sunday. At just under $4 a piece, including tax, they are not that expensive considering the size. I am perfectly content with eating half at a time, otherwise I fall into a sugar coma. Amazing flavors I have had recently include the Cookies and cream (yes, it tastes just like an Oreo, but better), the red velvet cheesecake, and the confetti. WOW!! They have different cookies to choose from every week & though the selection is not the greatest, (usually 6 large/ 4 small) what they do have is AMAZING. I recommend going online before going to the store to determine what the cookies of the week are to prevent disappointment due to the small selection they have but I also recommend stepping out of your comfort zone & trying everything. We paid $12.04 with tax for the 4 cookies that were (shown in picture L-R) Chocolate Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Chip & Reese's Cup. I honestly cannot tell you which was my favorite because they were all FANTASTIC. We cut them up due to their size & sitting out on our counter, they lasted perfectly until the last morsel was consumed 3 days later. With 4 in our family, there was enough 'cookie' for us to sample them all. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it's a bit pricey - $12 for 4 cookies is a lot & due to the limited selection available... Don't get me started on the fact that I cannot go back & get these same 4 cookies every week now that I have fallen for these tasty treats. read more

It's dangerous to have one of these by your house. They are so delicious and I like that they rotate the flavors. There is a cheesecake one that is so good, but they had one earlier this summer I believe was called blueberry muffin and it was the best cookie I've ever had. Reasonably priced for how much you get. My only complaint is the staff aren't always friendly. Not sure if they are just overwhelmed with how busy they get but every time I go they look irritated. read more

Delicious cookie. Awful customer service. And I gave them 2 chances: The 1st time with my Teacher Gift Card - and I was complimenting their store and they acted as if I was a bother. The 2nd time on my birthday, where the girl at the counter was nice and said Happy Birthday, but the older woman making cookies seemed bothered that we needed help with the app and took my iphone out of my hands to punch things in WITHOUT ASKING, and the. When we needed help punching in the email, impatiently told a male baker to come help me, and when he learned it was my birthday today, said Sorry, you have to punch it in ahead of time. We have never heard of Crumbl cookies before, but were in the mood for cookies and Crumbl looked promising. We were not disappointed at all!!! I should have taken a pic, but the cookies were gone before I remembered to pull out the phone for a pic. We got to taste the Red Velvet with Cream cheese, chocolate chip, sugar cookie and chocolate with caramel and fudge. The only cold cookie of the bunch was the sugar cookie and the rest were warm and gooey. They are pretty big cookies and we all sat in the car fighting over the last bite. The only thing missing was milk. Ohh a glass of cold milk would have just been perfect. Service was absolutely excellent, and I would not say pricey at all, compared to other options -- Arby's cookies are like $2 a piece and its hit or miss if its warm or not, and they are smaller and they just can't compare --- Crumbl cookies are soooo much better. I like that there are different cookies every week, however, they always have a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie and then the rest of the cookies change weekly. We are definitely coming back here to fulfill any cookie need. Great service, great presentation, clean store, worth every single penny!! Just don't forget to bring your milk, because they most likely will not make it home -- ours didn't. LOL read more

I love crumbl but this location did not seem to have it together. I'm assuming since it was saint Patrick's day they were busier than usual, but we called ahead to see what they were out of and were only told keylime pie. Getting there they said we're out of choco chip, key lime, and lucky charms oh wait no we have lucky charms but will be 7 minute wait. We said okay we will wait for the lucky charms. 20 minutes later we are still waiting because they sold more than they accounted for I guess. Walked out with 4 individual boxes rather than a 4 cookie box. At the end we got what we ordered, but I'll just go to the Greenwood Village location from now on. read more
