Had to stop at Crumbl this week because the cookie flavors looked incredible. Not only did they look incredible, they tasted incredible too! The service from the staff was quick and friendly and they brought out our perfectly cooked and decorated cookies in minutes. Had dinner with a friend and afterwards, she was nice enough to buy some Crumbl cookies for us; what follows is a quick review to help others like me who have never indulged and were considering a purchase. If you think cookies purchased from the deli section at the local King Soopers are good, then you may have found your Cadillac of cookies. She insisted we split a four-pack (almost $16.49) and we selected the milk chocolate chip, blueberry cheesecake, Rocky Road and the cookie dough. Rocky Road was the best of the bunch and I enjoyed the Marshmallow center, but overall it was a disappointment with nuts that tasted stale to me. The Milk Chocolate Chip was second best, but any chocolate chip cookie from the Pepperidge Farm family would beat it. Blueberry Cheesecake was okay but struck me as something you'd find at a coffee shop inside a Walmart in Wichita, KS. Cookie Dough was absolutely disgusting due to the four inches of nasty overly sweet frosting with what we're supposed to be little chunks of cookie dough on top. So overwhelmingly vomitus you have that "I ate something disgusting loaded with sugar" feeling in the back of the throat and roof of your mouth the entire night. Service was okay, but overall felt a kind of negative feeling being in there, like the two employees were there as part of a probation agreement following their bail hearing. Rough review? It has to be for those prices. Simply was not impressed and can't understand the hype. read more

Bought a six pack of cookies upon request from my daughter. Had no idea how much they would be until I got to the store. Sticker shock set in when the total after tax came up close to $30. That's just crazy for cookies. To add insult to injury on top of it my bill had a $0.69 "Service Fee" which isn't disclosed beforehand. Note you actually have to review the details of your bill using the pull down menu before paying on the in store terminal to catch the extra charge. Otherwise just the total charge comes up and you'd have no way of catching the fee if you didn't take that extra step. Cookies were good but not great. For the price I'd expect the heavens to part, angels to sing, and my tastebuds to be in nirvana. With the six pack we got 2 blackberry lemon, 2 chocolate chip, 1 pumpkin and 1 Hazelnut. So it's not like we didn't have a variety to evaluate. None were that great. Won't be going back due to the ridiculous prices. The sneaky "service fee" just put the icing on the cookies. Pun intended. Way overhyped and Crumbl underdelivered by a large margin. read more

We enjoy the flavors of your cookies but sometimes a big cookie is too much and one has to buy too many of the little cookies to get a smaller portion. We would come in more often if we could buy the smaller cookies in any number we choose. The service has been ok when I've gone in, but the store set up for purchasing isn't intuitive. The ambience is fun because it's great to see the cookie making operations from the front of the store. read more

We've had Crumbl delivered to my office a few times in the past few months, and each time they cookies were great. Yes, they are expensive, but well worth it for the size and quality. I had loyalty points which I wanted to use, but I had changed my phone number and it wasn't letting me use the points since I had a different number. I showed the employee the $ in my account. She told me to open a new crumble online account with my new number which I did while waiting. I showed her that the loyalty points are not showing up in the new account since its under the new phone number. I asked is there anything you can do, this is for my child. She said no... only after she spoke to another employee. I asked to speak to the manager but there was no manager. She told me to call the manager the next day or corporate. Its 9pm on a Friday night. I asked her what do you think your manager will tell me. She said , she will tell you to call corporate. WOW. I decided to reach out to a bot via chat with a wait time of hours! I shared my story with the bot and told me that the employees at the store sent me away and had no solution. All of a sudden, a live person comes on and fixes the issue. I order the cookies with the points, they looked surprised, they made me feel like a criminal when all I wanted to do was get my daughter cookies. BTW the chocolate chip was NOT warm as usual and there was chocolate drip on the box which is now all over my jacket. My last time at this store! Check out the review on google for photos! read more

Love these cookies!!! I didn't realize how big they really were until I actually saw then! They are good size that's for sure! And the flavors are incredible and always changing which is both good and bad because you can always try something different but if there's something you really like you never really know how long it'll be til it comes back around again. Tried to place an online order but it sticks on verifying, couldn't place an order. Called the store and got some indifferent lady who really didn't care and admonished me to make sure all my information was in (it was). Then she said they fulfill through door dash which is way too much for cookies so I asked if I could order over the phone. Apparently not, I have to install an app. Too much work to get cookies. They don't cook any of these cookies all the way through , if you've seen that it's a little doughy in the middle, it's because they cook MASSIVE balls of dough for WAY too little of time. Called to order cookies to take to the military base in Chicago where my son is in basic training to take to the sailors that are not able to go home to their families for Thanksgiving. Long on cosmetic appeal, price and selection, short on taste, nutritional information and flexibility with ordering. Nice staff, slick facility mostly if not all take out.
