I finally gave in to the hype and tried Crumbl, and honestly... I get it now First off, walking in felt like entering a cookie spa. Everything smelled amazing, the pink box was lowkey iconic, and the staff were super friendly. I grabbed a few flavors from the weekly lineup, and let me tell you--these cookies are THICK. Like, borderline cake. My favorite was the warm chocolate chip. It was soft in the middle, slightly crispy on the edges, and just the right amount of gooey without feeling underbaked. I also tried one of the frosted cookies (I think it was a sugar cookie?), and it was good, but definitely on the sweeter side--like very sweet. If you don't have a sweet tooth, you might need to split it with someone. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the price adds up QUICK. For the size and quality, I get it--but still hurts a little at checkout Overall, perfect for a treat, sharing with friends, or when you just want to feel a little extra. Almost always perfect. I love the self ordering station. It takes so much pressure off. I really want them to bring back that coconut cookie with coconut icing from last June. It has been my favorite since my first bite. I am headed there now for some Valentine treats. I really enjoy a good Crumbl cookie from time to time! They're delicious. I wish they had the minis all year round, and I'm so sad they're leaving after the summer. I didn't like the Olivia Rodrigo cookie. I wish they'd bring back caramel cheesecake! Cookie was soft and delicious. The place is almost always clean. The staff are always nice. The cookies are amazing soft and gooey, the place of business is always clean and the people in the store especially the store manager are all super lovely and sweet! it can get pretty crowded cause it's a small store but there are multiple ways to order, So it does go by kinda fast! It was okay but when I went to crumble the cookies were raw in the inside which made them taste very bad and the icing was really cold and I expected it to be like room temperature or just a little bit cold but no it was really cold and the inside of the cookie was still dough. crumble u can do better. read more

We love crumbl cookies! There's quite a few that I have on notification because they are SO GOOD. One of my family's favorite spots to get dessert, and you always receive your cookies with excellent customer service. It's a beautiful bright setting that just makes you feel good. read more
