7/10 as far as the food goes the hash circles for breakfast were good! The chicken biscuits not so good that thing was dry as heck! You need a whole drink to be able to get it down lol! The service... well the lady asked for us to drive up and she would take us out order in 2-3 minutes 10minutes later still no food!! A good representation of the franchise and conveniently located off the interstate. It was a weekday about 6PM and there was no line at the front register and most of the customers were in the drive-thru. I was greeted and my order was taken and filled in a timely and friendly manner. The dining room was clean. First time eating here. The biscuits were surprisingly good - a lot better than the other bigger chains, like McDonalds or Burger King. And their hashbrowns nuggets, Bo rounds, were huge. Don't bother calling, they won't answer the phone, I called 30 minutes straight trying to get a online order fixed, no one answered, I had to go to the store. 3.5 hours before closing and there was nothing in the heat trays up front, 2 bags of garbage leaking fluids on the floor, container of dirty water on counter where food is served. They left a Bacon egg and Cheese biscuit off. They charged me 3.69 not counting tax! I'm so tired of paying for crappy service. I like to start with that their food is good. But when I tell you that they didn't get our order right I was mad, we got 2-3 large fries and got one, we a unsweetened tea and got sweetened tea. The drive thru cashier didn't understand our order. Which was fine. We just let him know again at the window. But, He then rose his voice to tell us to "speak up man so I can hear you." His whole demeanor was very rude. This was first thing in the morning. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of bed. I think he was the shift lead though based off his attire his tone sets the mood for everyone else in the restaurant. I try to avoid going to this specific Bojangles location but I was on this side of town so I thought I would give it another try. It was 5 in the afternoon. Ordered a gravy biscuit but the gravy looked as if they had made one batch of gravy in the morning and kept watering it down to make it last all day. I told the woman at the window about it and asked if I could get a butter biscuit instead. She shoved the bag in my hand and when I opened up the wrapper the biscuit was Drowning in butter. I ALWAYS get the same thing from bojangles ,(a chicken breast and a large fry with extra seasoning) well I ordered and paid and when I pulled off I went to grab some fries out and notice there literally not a single spec on seasoning on the fries but I wasn't mad I just went back through the drive through and got some seasoning on the side when I get to the window the lady brings me a chicken breast and says we forgot your breast sorry and I look in my box and sure enough there was tenders instead of a breast well then I was like oh okay no biggy I go park to eat and I tear open my chicken breast and see this . Now I'm no food expert but I have been eating bojangles chicken breasts for years even breasts from other restaurants and I've NEVER had one look like this . I was not about to eat that . So I called them and asked for a manager to come outside and see this and he came and all he said was thats a chicken breast and then he just went inside and sent another worker out to bring me a new chicken breast . ‍ correct me if I'm wrong but chicken breasts are white meat so that should not look like that and not to mention you can clearly still see pink in the chicken. It was a terrible night for Bo-Time, as I ordered a 12pc Supremes Box, which took over 20 minutes to get my order. I got back to my hotel room and took one bite of a strip and tossed the whole order in the trash. They seemed to have been cooked in old oil and they looked it, they were greasy, burnt and just all around nasty. Called the manager and she admitted that the oil was old and dirty and they were changing it out, said that they must have dropped my order in the old oil. The staff should have known just by the look of the strips something was wrong. Let alone the cooks should have known that the oil was no good. Wasted $16.90 and got nothing to show for it at all. Manager said she would replace it, if I wanted to come back. But I've already been there once and was settled down in my hotel room. She could have at least made the offer to refund my credit card, but I got the feeling she was busy and not interested in my issues. read more

I eat here when I visit my girlfriend that lives in the area. The food is mediocre with the exception of their biscuits but there's something more sinister at work here. I have began noticing that EVERY time I get back from my trip that someone is stealing my card info and using it to purchase Disney movies. I never leave reviews, but I had to do it for this place. I ordered my usual Cajun filet biscuit with no rounds, and was told the bo rounds would take about 5 minutes. I thought, "well I can wait for fresh bo rounds" and just proceeded with the order. As I got my food I noticed three teens on their cell phones laughing about, which I don't really care about, considering they are about to close and they have no customers. Well when I got my food and proceeded home, I snack on the rounds and at first felt the warm outside, but in the inside was met with a undercooked flavor. I went on to eat them, as I didn't consider that to be that much of a problem. Well when I finally sat down to eat my biscuit, the first bite I took left me disgusted as I notice raw chicken. This amazed me because the outside actually was really dry and I could tell was sitting under the warmer for a while. But for it to taste that old but be as raw as it was really amazes me. Have never had problems here with lunch and breakfast, so I expect the reasoning was the lack of training the dinner staff have considering I ordered at around 9 pm. read more
