Very clean and aesthetic location! For the most part, ordering is self service and is an easy process so I didn't interact with the staff a lot. I do like how they show your cookie/confirm your order when picking it up. I've tried different flavors from this location and for the most part, I've truly enjoyed it. I wasn't a fan of the waffle flavor. I know they're following a recipe instructed from corporate so it's nothing against the bakers at this location. If they ever have Wardle back on the menu I don't recommend it! The syrup also threw me off. I tried any and all Oreo flavors as well as Cornbread & French toast and they're all 10/10! I like how they started implementing Pies & Cakes as well. Will likely be back depending on the line up! read more

I've been to a lot of Crumbl and I was excited to see one in Hiram! Comparing this spot to the places I've been to, service is not as fast as the others. Plenty of parking outside, since it's in a huge shopping center. Some of the cookies are not cooked through the center. If you like uncooked cookie dough, this might be the place for you. However, I can compare their regular chocolate chip to the other locations, and it's definitely 3/5 compared to the ones I've had. read more

Service is consistently poor. I've been there more frequently than my diet allows and have received consistently terrible service. Employees do not greet you and will even ignore you for an extended period of time. Will very slowly take care of customers leading to cookies being cool upon receipt when they are advertised as warm. Cookies are subpar and not worth the price. read more

First let me say Crumbl Cookie is always clean and welcoming in every location I have visited thus far. They update their menu on a weekly basis. This week, I ordered four different flavors: Red Velvet White Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Maple Cream Sandwich, and Birthday Cake (ft. OREO®). I paid a total of $19.34, including the tip. While there have been mixed reviews, I have never been completely disappointed with my orders. Crumbl Cookie offers a variety of flavors to cater to different preferences and occasions. Personally, I have tried several cookies and have found the Red Velvet White Chip to be a timeless favorite. I eagerly await its return each time. However, the Birthday Cake flavor was too sweet for my taste, and the Maple Cream Sandwich had a dry cream filling, which was unexpected. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip was good, but my overall favorite remains the Red Velvet White Chip. Tuh go get you some! read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history.
