These stores no matter which location are always kept so clean and decluttered. The service is always outstanding even when they are busy. I love how they switch up the cookie menu weekly, I think more places should do that. I received my free Birthday cookie a few days ago from them and I picked out the lemon one. These cookies are always soft and chewy the way I like them. They are really big in size and taste so fresh. read more

Let's be simply honest here. Cookies baked just slightly under. Flavors are over the top but somehow never quite fully land. Which is okay. Oreo was a 7.4, churro was an 7.6 banofee was actually a 8.2 and trees leches was a decently dry cake somehow no butter cookie flavor at all. 6.2 but I'll be back because I'm working on my dad bod. read more

I ordered through the app because It was a Saturday so I expected them to be busy. I get there and check in on the app. Waited...waited...waited. The app then says "Tell us about your visit" as if I should have received my order. A girl came to my car twice to ask if I was so-and-so and nope, wasn't me. She never once asked what my name was so she could go get my order. I ended up going inside. Nobody who worked there looked like they 1. Wanted to be there or 2. Knew what was going on. Zero customer service. Long story short I waited 30 minutes for 2 cookies and on top of that, after I waited all that time she informs me "oh we're out of one of the cookies you ordered." Well that would've been nice to know 30 minutes ago. The cookies tasted fine (she subbed me two minis for the one big one they were out of) but it was not worth the hassle and time wasted. I won't be going back. Teach your employees some manners. Editing to add that multiple customers in the store were having trouble with their orders. I noticed at least 5 people waiting a long time at the same time as me and we were even joking amongst ourselves saying "good luck" when one of us was finally taken care of and would get to leave. read more

From what everyone is telling me Crumbl Cookies is the best thing ever to happen to cookies. Crumbl is not that good but they are very good. The Crumbl cookie is a massive almost half pound cookie. They have rotating flavors every week. Each week they have 6 different flavors. They also have a weekly ice cream flavors as well. Some of the cookies are served warm and some are supposed to be chilled. The confetti cake was my favorite of the 6 we got. Everything was was supper clean on the inside and the staff was super nice. They have self serve kiosk to order. The Crumbl cookie is expensive, a single cookie is almost $4 and a box of 12 is almost $32, but based on the size and quality of the cookies is worth it. Overall not something that I would get on a daily or even monthly basis, but for a special occasion or to treat my coworkers the Crumbl cookie is a nice option. read more

Worst customer service ever. Employees Can't be bothered to greet you when you walk in even though there were six of them walking around . And if you're so lucky as to finally get noticed... The opening line is, "do you need to order" in the most bland tone ever. not hi, how can I help you or anything remotely sounding like a welcome. And don't Dane to ask about the cookies... I came on Saturday night at 7:30. The manager was working as hard as she could and doing 99% of the work. The two girls running the front were moving as slow as possible. The store was also very dirty. The corners of the floor were caked on with black dirt. The counters were so messy that my box was dirty when I picked it up off the counter. read more

So good, every week is such a good surprise!!! I love that they did the NFL cookies like... gurl those buss ngl!!!! Anyway everyone is hating so hard just cause they get there late or at the wrong time! I go about 3-10pm every week for the fam and I order with the little computer on the inside (so useful especially for children) also you can put a cute little note on it for the person who you can give them too! Local store has seemed a little inconsistent recently, and not super friendly. But they also seem short staffed and understandably a little stressed/frantic when even a little busy. read more

every time i come they don't have utensils (napkins, silverware) it's a food business, why would you not have that?? i was gonna try it again but i definitely won't be back. maybe someone could consider providing utensils and napkins if you're gonna be serving cake,cheesecake, pies etc. we always end up having to go wait in line at another restaurant to get them. read more

Crumbl is an overpriced cookies joint that consistently arrived undercooked and too soft. On a return visit we tried their ice cream which was expensive and lacked quality compared to homemade alternatives. We were Disappointed after multiple visits, so we opted against returning. The order and pick up was hectic and exhibited poor customer service. After 20 years in Longview, it remains puzzling why the area struggles to attract and retain higher-end restaurants and bakeries despite its sizeable surrounding population. read more

When the Crumbl first opened in Longview customer service was great and they paid attention to detail, now not so much. The last 2 times I have been they have forgotten to add the note to my box, and given me boxes that had icing on the outside. read more

We usually enjoy Crumbl, but did not have a good experience tonight. I ordered on the app and showed up during the time frame I selected on my order. I ended up waiting a total of 36 minutes for my order and two of my four cookies were crunchy and over baked. read more

I ordered on the app. I was notified my 4 cookies would be ready at 3:30. I had my daughter go in and pick the cookies up. By 3:50, she was still inside, but the app told me I had picked my cookies up. My daughter told me my name was at the top and went away. I went inside to figure out what the hold up was. I talked to the clerk. She told me she would help everyone else and then me. Then she told me she did not know where my order was. I asked for a manager. The manager did not apologize and acted put out. Finally, by 4:10 or 4:15, after having to cause a scene, I finally got my cookies. I hope the owner knows what is happening here. Yesterday I went into Crumbl and it wasn't the best experience. I was just getting one cookie for my husband and me to share. When I walk in it was busy all the workers were working so I'm not complaining about that part. The fact that made it a not good experience was that I walked in and everyone who has already ordered was waiting in line to order making it hard to know who was ordering and who already did order. Turns out everyone already ordered and after waiting in a "line" for 5-7 mins. I get to the front of the register to order and waited 15 mins for someone else to say something and the girl's response was kinda not nice. The lady asked, "Do we order on the machines or can we order at the register?" And the employee finally approached us and says kinda sarcastically like we were stupid "You can order here or there." And I said to her "Well I've been waiting 15 mins right here In front of the register for 15 mins. She said "I'm sorry I didn't know you were waiting to order. I do understand they were busy but the people just making the cookies or decorating could've stopped for a second. The fact that they seemed to be short-handed and the front space to wait is extremely small did not help make the trip to Crumbl longer and not so pleasant. read more

Lived in Colorado for a while and went to Crumbl every so often, so was excited to see one open here. I ordered and was quoted a 30 minute wait; when we checked in, we were told we were #30 in line. Then we suddenly went from #19 to "ready." Probably 25 people were standing in the store and none of the orders were ready. It was absolute chaos in the kitchen and none of the staff were communicating well with each other or us. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in my car, and 30 minutes in the store shoulder to shoulder with 25 other people. Crumbl Cookie of Longview! Was very excited to get a Crumbl in my city, being from Tyler was very sad to not have one. So I'm super excited to have one right down the street from me! -the parking lot, perfect, plenty of parking and easy access! -the staff, they were on top of it for it being their grand opening! Working hard to get everyone taken care of! Excited to see some more smiles when I come in next! -the inside, knowing how the Cookie Crumbl stores are set up I love this one, you have an area for waiting for your order and two different places to order! Very clean and organized! Love it! -the cookies!!!! Absolutely delicious!! They are amazing, Whether you eat it right then or a couple days later they are delicious! They also come fresh and warmed up when you get them! -the flavors! I love their flavors and the fact that they change them every week!!! The ones that remain are the chilled sugar and chocolate chip cookie which are classic that are good no matter what season! However my ultimate favorite is cookie dough!! read more

I placed an order at 10am and paid. Went to pick the order up and they sold out of everything after they took my full payment. They told me it was my fault because I schedule the order to be picked up at 1:30 pm. I normally like this place but I went to pick up this weeks flavors and the berry one had barley any berry topping on top compared to the one that I had had previously that day at work. I asked him if this was right and he just looked at me and goes "ya it still taste the same i dont know what you want me to do" I'm sorry but that's like the best part of the cookie ya big jerk......give me more berry topping and remember the customer is always right. Worst customer service in town. You will have to wait 45 minutes for one cookie and if you tell them you are going to run to one of the stores in the same shopping center since you have to wait so long, they tell you your not allowed to do that and they will sell your cookies to someone else. I've tried numerous times and always have a terrible experience I definitely do not recommend!!! read more
