The Crumbl at Centerton Plaza in Mount Laurel has some seriously delicious cookies. Every flavor we tried was fresh, soft, and tasted great. The place was clean and self serving order was easy to use. The only downsides were that the service was a bit slow during our visit and the prices are definitely on the high side. Even so, the quality of the cookies made it worth the stop, and I'd come back when I'm craving a sweet treat. read more

This store is sharp and on their game! The staff is helpful, friendly, and expedient. I knew what I wanted and actually got help before I even made it to the kiosk to place my order. It helped that there was not a big crowd or a long line. It's nice that the specials are changed weekly. My favorite is their chocolate chip cookie. The oreo cookies and cream are my second favorite choice. The bakery is clean and neat. You can use the app to order ahead and pickup in store. It's also nice that you get to review your order before paying for it. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted here. read more

I thought this place was actually selling cookies but I unfortunately discovered they undercook their cookies and basically just selling cakes. The first few times I thought it was a fluke but Crumbl consistently undercooks their cookies. A few times I called in to request the cookies be cooked more and to be crispy. Their reply was that is just how we make our cookies and we don't do special requests for our customers which is a shame because I liked some of the unique flavors of the cookies. The way these cookies are undercooked so badly is they start falling apart as you eat them. This is not how you're supposed to make cookies. The least they can do is take requests to cook a particular order more. Unfortunately, they don't feel like they need to but there is competition out there who gladly will. Just left the Mt. Laurel location with my 3 kids and my husband. Upon entering the store at 9:45pm on 04/30 4 employees were in the store assembling boxes and made zero attempt to say hello or ask if we needed help. Despite the fact that we observed them speaking with other clients. The workers (one female) in particular, started staring at my husband with a strange look, and then said to her colleague 'What the f*** is he looking at." When my husband told her he could clearly hear what she said, she gave some poor excuse for absolutely horrible service and disgraceful attitude. Did I mentioned this employee made this comment after we paid for the cookies. If 0 stars were an option, I'd say they 100% deserve it. We came from our of town just to try their cookies. Needless to say...the horrible service left a poor taste in our mouth. Try any other location if you can. There are questionable employees at this location. read more

I have never been in a Crumbl until today. I ordered the Banana Bread Cookie. Of course, as soon as I got to my car I had to try it, broke off the first bite (outer edge), and it was delicious. It was fluffy and moist and the brown sugar/icing topping was flavorful. The next section I broke off included the center of the cookie, and I immediately knew I could not finish it. It was (imo) RAW! It was complete slop, more wet than an actual prebaked raw cookie! I returned the cookie and provided my reason for the return and was told that "this is how it is supposed to be, you might want to choose a different cookie". Needless to say I selected a chocolate chip version, and it was delicious, but for the price....I don't think I will return...kinda not worth the gamble. read more

Let me start out by saying this was my first time at crumble and it was horrible. We stood at the front of the line for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. It was understandable they couldn't get to us when we first came in because they were busy with pickup orders, but the entire pickup line cleared within 10 minutes and by that point they had such a big order line it was out the door. They STILL didn't take ours or anyone else's order for another 20 minutes, at that point we walked out and got ice cream instead. They couldn't even bother to acknowledge us the entire time we stood at the counter. Never expected such horrible service for a place that sells mediocre overpriced cookies. read more

I placed an order for a 4 pack on the crumb app and made my way to the store. The app showed my order was ready for pickup and I walked into the store to be told two of the 4 cookies I chose had sold out, but I could replace them with two different options. I explained the two sold out are the specific ones my wife had requested so they said come back in an hour and we will have your order ready. I come back an hour later I'm told the same thing the two cookie choices are sold out. I then explain to the person helping me I was told to come back in an hour. The person helping me finds her manager who couldn't be bothered to care and tells me they are sold out. I ask to cancel my order. Why not list on the web site they are sold out. Why say my order is ready if it's sold out? Why be a bit more empathic that you told me to wait an hour and come back to still not have my order. Mistakes happen I get that but I feel like this was a fail at many different levels. read more
