Crumbl cookie are always consistent & make very yummy cookies, although they are very filling! I never have an issue with the service at my local crumbl & the vibes are always good inside. Was driving by and had to stop and try these because I've had them from another location, and they were great. The ladies there seemed helpful and made sure they were ready if I had any questions. The tablets were pretty straightforward and user-friendly to place my order. I went ahead and got the 4 cookies package and ordered the snickerdoodle, Reeces cup, chocolate chip, and their specialty layered jam cookie. They didn't take long at all to get me my order, and I took it and happily walked out to the car so they couldn't see me immediately start chowing down on the cookies. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed my Reeces cookie didn't actually have any Reeces on it and didn't look like their example. I debated going back in, but I love Reeces, and their sign did say to let them know if the cookies don't look right, so I figured it wasn't a big deal. What I failed notice about the sign is that it didn't say anything about them needing to be nice about fixing it. (To be fair though, I didn't think it had to, but silly me!) I smiled and softly told her my Reeces cookie was missing my Reeces on it (I didn't want to draw attention) and WOW! The annoyed, stink face I got back had me looking behind me to see what caused it, and since Harry and Lloyd weren't standing there about to make the most annoying sound in the world, I realized that look was for ME!! She took my box, sprinkled a passive-aggressive amount on to my cookie and slid the open box back to me, annoyed, and couldn't even be bothered to look at me. So, I closed my box, picked up my cookies, and told Harry and Lloyd, "Let's get out of here - we know when we're not wanted." Then we all got into the big dog van and ate our delicious cookies in sadness while making loud, obnoxious noises together. read more

I have three words to describe my experience here. "What the hell????" The workers here couldn't care less I repeat COULD NOT care less. There was 4 workers here at this crumbl cookie and 3 of them were standing around in the front talking and gossiping as if it was lunch time at high school. There were active customers in the store and I stood there at the register waiting for someone to help me. They just all looked at me as if I had a foot growing out of my face. This place is so unprofessional and there was only one person working. That poor girl doing all the work by herself my visit was June 4th around 6pm. Came today and did not know what to expect as far as how long I had to wait..only 5 people ahead of me, was in and out in less than 5 minutes cute little place and love you can see the preparing your Cookies..ordered 3 different Cookies and was served fast and efficiently...very rich flavor and delicious cookies.. got Carrot Cake and Double Chocolate and Chocolate Chip which I gifted to a client...Gourmet Cookies, not your normal store bought Cookie..they are very rich and can be shared..worth what you pay for them.. read more

I would consider them a bit pricy so be prepared to spend some cash. However, there are some times that money is well spent. The cookies are okay enough. I like how the flavors change. The main issue I had was with this location. One of the employees left the store to deliver some cookies still wearing her protective gloves. When she came back to the store, she opened the door with the same gloves, went back into the kitchen and began handling the cookies. I was pretty disappointed and grossed out, honestly. After what we've been through the past few years with covid, I expected better. I emailed the manager and was told the employees get reminded. I would expect more of a "this is unacceptable" mindset. read more

Bro so I went in there and there's this group of girls who are so annoying and rude and don't do their job ever, instead the complain about it in front of customers like girls wait till ur a adult. They also were cursing including the F word out loud like they don't give a crap about anyone while there are children in the store. I love crumbl! But with that being said this has been the worst experience I've had so far.. the only workers that were working both times I have went were just kids.. playing very vulgar and nasty music not a welcoming environment. I was picking up two orders one for my friend and one for me when picking up her order they showed me my cookies and proceeded to shut the lid directly on the cookie causing the icing to slide off and I said " you just just the box on the cookie" and the response was "I will fix it" she proceeded to take it behind the counter and "fix" it but when we opened the box it was still the same, to make matter worse this is now the second time it has happened. I have also never been to a crumbl that has had to stack the cookies in the box to where there overlapping and messing up the icing on the other cookies.. read more

They just opened and are packed so I will give them the benefit of that. But boy did they miss the mark. I'm comparing them to Wesley chapel. The cookies I got today had hardly any icing on them and were poorly spread. One even had a finger print. Cookies were dry and not moist like the ones I'm use to from Wesley Chapel. Employees seemed frustrated with all the customers and workload. Hoping it's just new business opening jitters and they'll figure it out. Because I would like to not have to drive to Wesley chapel to fulfill my pregnancy cravings. read more

1st time trying Crumbl cookies and wow not much hood to say. I love a hot soft cookie, but they need to be done. The 2 hot cookies I got look like they need to be baked 3 more min. The other 2 cookies I got were ok. Might given them another try but will not be anytime soon. read more

I'm very disappointed and I haven't even tasted a cookie yet. It's my daughter's birthday and thought the cookies would be a great treat. When we went in the store there were two employees working and neither one bothered to look up and acknowledge us let alone say hello or anything like that , I thought they were very rude. It made me feel awkward and uncomfortable , I would have left if it hadn't been for my daughter 's birthday. We love the cookies BUT the service was a JOKE! The teen boys in the evening were on their phone, talking to friends and flirting rather than doing THEIR JOB! We waited 45 mins for 6 cookies and the lobby was full, there were multiple mobile orders up and the "overseeing manager" was the worst one ignoring everyone but his friends!!!!!
