This has become my in-laws and my go-to for ice cream in Brooksville/Spring Hill. It is a chain but from someone who rather have hand-dipped than soft serve, the ice cream is really well made and creamy. There are many options on the menu such as dipped cones, milk shakes, Italian Ice, and Gelatis which they call Glaciers. Prices are really reasonable and the line does move pretty fast. We moved out here about two years ago. This ice cream shop is about a mile away from our house. They claim to make an ice cream sooner to a DQ blizzard they don't they just give you a cup of ice cream with a few sprinkles on top of it and charging nine dollars, this place is completely totally packed on a Friday and Saturday night. I'm assuming because there's no ice cream shops close to this one. The cherry or butterscotch dip cones are excellent; they taste like the ones I grew up with that I would beg for at the old K-Mart in Michigan. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I visited here a few days ago with my 2 daughters. First of all the two teenagers that took and made my order had the nastiest attitudes i've ever seen. I asked for a simple two small vanilla cones for my daughters and the girl that took my order rolled her eyes like it was a chore. They gave us the cones and they were almost completely melted coming out of the window, and when I asked for new ones I rudely had the window slammed in my face. On top of that I asked for the manager ( name of Ashley) and she gave me an attitude about it as well and said that if I wasn't satisfied that I should leave !! I decided to just let my girls eat what was left of their ice cream and when the manger Ashley went back inside, I listened to her loudly and rudely make fun of me for my accent and proceed to call my daughters names and all of us multiple racial slurs ( for context we are hispanic ). My youngest daughter heard them and started crying!! I'm absolutely outraged and if you are a person of color I absolute do not recommend coming here. I've already made corporate calls and complaints so hopefully the teens that did this are dealt with and that manager is fired. Steer clear unless you're looking for a god awful experience for you and your children, and if you happen to be unlucky enough to come here DO NOT look at the manager Ashley for any help.
