I wanted so many things, and I was very glad that my table mates were willing to share their plates and I mine. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the bacon and egg and hash brown stuffed arepa. I can't wait to go back and try the lunch menu as well. The service was with a smile, but a tad bit slow, but it did not change my mind about my satisfaction of the place. The only other thing I will say is that my entrée came out much later than my other three table mates, which was actually several minutes later. However, my entrée was hot and fresh and very delicious my preference would've been to have everything served all at once, but perhaps the kitchen wasn't able to do it. The scooper or counter person was helpful in making a selection. There also were a couple of customers that helped me decide too. I was really drawn to the oatmeal as something differen but went with the strawberry shortcake on a sugar cone. Now, normally, I'm a chocolate ice cream kind of girl, but this strawberry cheescake was smooth and creamy and just delicious. There are all kinds of flavors, including chocolate to choose as well as quite a few sugar-free selections. Glad Papa Clyde's was on my radar. Taken to our table and waited and waited and waited -- probably 20ish minutes later we got our order taken! Drinks came out and the ice was already lacking, you could tell it was melted. They were out of the butterfly tea. The regular iced tea I ordered unsweetened with a bit of sweet was bitter and very dark in color. Bleh. For food I ordered the Honey You Must Try This which is fried chicken, spinach, tomato, crispy onion straws, house made cream cheese and honey mustard on top.
