Five star review! After visiting the Cedar Falls location last night, and watching an employee lick fingers multiple times, I still wanted to use my gift card. I got for Christmas. I went to the Waterloo, Iowa Crumbl cookie, and was pleasantly impressed with the hairnets, gloves, and overall cleanliness of the employees and the store. Was so glad I came to this location, the cookies were so fresh and delicious! Will definitely come here again. And the service was great! read more

Did a walk in order from Crumbl. Team member greeted us right away, offered suggestions and promptly got to boxing our order! He showed us the finished product and all the cookies looked perfect! The taste was even better!!! He suggested the Oreo milkshake and it quickly became our favorite!!! The store was so clean which was surprising since they are baking and frosting all day! always ABSOLUTELY delicious, but I wish they were better at communicating when they're out of a certain flavor. I've had it happen twice where I showed up and they told me in person they were out. just need a better system for letting the customers know. otherwise, wonderful customer service and perfect cookies !! read more

The waterloo crumbl cookies has very good service. The cookies are amazingly baked. They are always cooked to perfection. The inside of the of the store is extremely cleaned and taken care of. The mood inside of the store is always positive. i highly recommend the waterloo Crumbl! read more

Clean place, friendly staff (remember they are mostly younger people) and they make Crumbl cookies like all of the other places. 9/10 they sell out fast so they are definitely doing something right. 1000% recommend. It's a great establishment and something different to try. read more
