So, here we go again with the multiple problems. Line was super long and after waiting approximately 30 minutes we find out that the confetti cake isn't available. However, online you can add it to the cart and purchase. When the manager on duty was consulted about this, she said to order it online and they would prepare it for me. The lady at the register taking orders had cookie dough all over her hands and was not presentable to the public for service. The preparation area was a complete mess and needing a deep cleaning. The only reason I come to Crumbl cookie is for the wife, aside from that the taste of the cookies are somewhat raw, have a grainy texture and similar in flavor. Alex C., if you're reading this, you need to be present and hold your staff accountable for the inadequacies. Make a change for the better. These cookies are absolutely delicious. The wait was not. Be prepared for a long wait. There was a long line and one young lady taking the orders and filling the orders. She was very friendly and sweet. There were six other young ladies doing various jobs, mixing, making, baking etc. They did a lot of visiting with each other. Not the same level of service at this location compared to others. There are four people here "working" and two customers in line. Three of the employees are talking to each other and doing things that could wait until customers have been helped instead of helping fill orders. First time at this location and will not come back. He has been working on my order for 25 minutes - I finally asked the other employees if they would mind helping him fill the order. read more

I waited 2 hours for the delivery to never show up. At first we ordered through uber eats and the order got cancelled. We then ordered through the crumbl cookie app just for the order to never show up. We noticed that by then the store was going to close within 10 minutes so we decided to go to the store ourselves to see what was happening. Once we arrived they told us that they don't hold orders for pickup deliveries so they didn't have our order. Meaning they gave away the cookies we waited 2 hours for. And it was never a "pickup" order to begin with. It was always delivery. I think the minute we ordered through their app, they should have called us to let us know any issues but they didn't. I drove 20 mins to get there and now I have to drive 20 mins back with empty hands ‍ Unbelievable that a business of this magnitude is unprepared. Stating they didn't have anything available aside from the 12k large cookies for $43 dollars. Crazy to see how many customers they lost within a 10 mins window of seating here writing this review all because they are not prepared.shame I didn't get to try it and was met with this experience. Very disappointed! purchased several gift cards for Valentine's and purchased a cookie. The cookie had absolutely no flavor! I had purchased from Crumbl in Houston and they were delicious! I went back to Weslaco and expressed dissatisfaction with the cookie and they wouldn't exchange for another! Manager explained that the dough is different in all locations but the frosting is the same! I would think they would back their product and please their customers!
