This was my first time trying Crumbles by Nicole and I tried the red velvet cheesecake. It was so creamy and light! It had the perfect texture and balance of sweetness! The cheesecake was a great size and it could easily feed 3-4 people. The service was great and the inside was very cute! They also do other assortments of desserts and customer orders. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon. The shop wasn't busy and the guy at the counter answered sll if my questions. I really wanted a cupcake but the cheesecake looked delicious! I decided on the banana pudding cheesecake and was hesitant. However, this cheesecake is amazing!!! The banana flavor isn't overwhelming. There's cookie crumbles and a delicate whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I'll be back to try more! I ate more than anticipated as you can see in the photo. Great price for a large slice. However, I was curious as this shop is in an area I frequently drive through. I love to support small businesses. Shop: clean & decorated cute Cupcake selection: wide variety, also accompanied by other yummy goodies. Customer service: friendly and helpful. Every time it's been a gentleman, he was friendly. Presentation: cupcake/icing ratio great Fav: chocolate on chocolate I would love a vegan option. Changed my rating from 5 to a solid 3. Made my review when they first opened. Now We have visited several times and tried many different flavors. And cookies, and other treats. Customer service is mediocre. We've been in several times with the owner there and she's never spoke, but seems to speak to others around. We have yet to try the strawberry cupcakes, although we go as quickly as possible when she posts they are ready on FB. 45mins and they are out. We tried 3 weeks in a row for a strawberry cupcake. Here's a tip: never tell a potential customer that something is a waste of your time (in those words exactly). I called the other day to place an order because I had heard good things about this place. I spoke to the owner on the phone and she was rather rude. I had asked to make some decorated cookies and only needed a dozen (really I needed less than that but was willing to buy more). She replied that she only sold two dozen or more and the price was too high. I know that if I went into the bakery on a normal day I would see sugar cookies that she could easily take out and decorate. She has lost my business. read more

I was so excited to try this new bakery. My salted caramel cupcake was awesome, as was the s'mores cupcake my daughter picked. The employees were super friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a line when we first got there but it went quickly. There are several small seating areas to enjoy your treats. Monster Milkshake Sunday's has become a sort of ritual for us and we gladly make the drive to see what new flavors and creation Nicole will have in store. Very cute little place. Drove by on our way back home from the Noah's Ark, we wanted a treat. Bought quite a few cupcakes, a cake pop and a cinnamon roll. All were very good; especially the red velvet! I will say this though, it's small. The selections are small and there wasn't much in the way of quantity either. Maybe being in such a small town, they don't sell enough to fill bigger cases, I get it. They offer milkshakes on Sundays (a day too early for us), but they are $10. They looks fantastic but wish there was a slightly cheaper offering. The cookies I saw offered were just sugar cookies, were small and $5.50; that's a lot for one cookie.
