Honestly the customer service alone would make me come back. As soon as I walked through the door I was warmly greeted. Upon entering the place the decor is filled with bakery items and various types of Bundt cakes. My cashier/clerk was super friendly and helpful. I chose to get the red velvet Bundt cake for my co-worker and the snicker doodle style cake. The cost of both personalized cakes was pretty feasible and it was under 15 dollars. The clerk told me that if I filled out a survey that I could receive a buy one get one free coupon sent via email. In my opinion you can't beat that at all. Nothing could make this place more heavenly. Well some alcohol might do the trick, but that's an entirely different thing! These cakes are moist, fluffy, delectable gifts from heaven! Not just the Bundtlets but the full size cakes as well. I must admit, I so not care for icing unless it contains nuts like pecans or walnuts, or even çhocolate or coconuts in it. But I typically only remove half of the icing and spread the rest over the cake. No worries though people my dog loves icing. This store, like the rest of their locations, are so clean that I swear y'all could eat off the floor. It's such an inviting place that you want to come back again and again. This place has the softest most delicious bundt cakes! All their bundt cakes come with cream cheese frosting so if you don't like that then hit the back button! I love that they have miniature bundt cakes and regular sized cakes. My only dislike about this establishment was that they weren't enforcing social distancing or masks in the store. This was my first time going here and I was excited to taste the cakes. However, my Bundtlet was burnt black on the bottom. I thought it was some of the spices initially, but it was burnt cake. The picture looks this way because I started trying to remove the burnt parts with my fork until I realized it was pretty much across the entire bottom of the cake. I purchased a few single Bundtlets in Red Velvet, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Lemon Raspberry. They were moist and delicious. Every one of their establishments that I've visited has the same consistency, and I have never had a bad experience! The staff was friendly on both visits at this location recently opened. The only issues was they hadn't started their rewards program, and I've been a couple of times. On the second visit I ordered 5 bundtlets online and wanted to substitute one of them for another flavor when I arrived for pick up and was told that I couldn't switch it out so that was a deduction of a star considering they had a full case filled with them. Nevertheless, I will only prepay for a cake and not bundtlets in the future, in the event I change my mind at the last minute. This bakery is okay, but I'm really surprised at all the five star reviews. This past week, I purchased several items. First, the 8" vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting ( the only frosting flavor they have). The cake was moist and soft, but not much flavor. It was bland like a box cake mix. The frosting is good, but there is WAY to much of it (which I feel ridiculous saying since I love sweets), but it overwhelms the cake. I also bought two of the single serving mini bundt cakes: red velvet and praline. I didn't like the praline at all, but the red velvet was the best thing I purchased. I might stop back in for a couple of red velvet singles, but thats all. The 8" was $22, which in my opinion is way over priced for the taste. The single servings were $4.95 (I think). Praline was not worth that, but I would pay that again for the red velvet. The cakes are ok, just not the taste i would expect from a professional bakery. read more
