Rude service technician, didn't identify who he is or who he was working for, just barks his questions.

I'm posting this just as a forewarning that this business no longer works on audio equipment…read more Despite being listed as a Yamaha Authorized Service Center. We had lightning hit our property which took out a bunch of electronics including our Yamaha RX-V 683 receiver. Web search indicated these guys as a service center and the reviews were positive. So I loaded up and headed that way as I had another errand in the same neighborhood. Lugged the unit in, set it on the counter where the man (owner) said "What you got there?". "My dead Yamaha AV receiver.". "We don't work on audio anymore.". Hmm. Geez. Most of their reviews are for audio stuff. He said they really only work on TVs now. Posted as a PSA. Call before you haul. And they need to get their listing on Yamaha's Service Centers page removed.

These folks are fair and honest. If your tv can be repaired, they can do it at a reasonable price…read more All the costs and risks are explained up front. If it can't be repaired, or it's simply not worth it, they will let you know. I had Josh (I think that was his name) replace the lcd array on my 72 inch Sony TV. It cost me $500. Replacement of that TV would have been over $2000. As an added bonus, he reinstalled my sound bar and subwoofer in the way that it should have been installed from the beginning and the sound is 100 times better. I cannot recommend this business in any stronger terms. Check with them before you throw away a TV that can be saved.

Morris electronics then texted me to schedule a time for them to come fix it when the part came in. they did not show up. i tried calling them multiple times with no answer. then, i got a text saying "Please text me." so i texted them and still got no answer. they finally answered a week later and scheduled another time to come out. they didn't show up to this appointment either. no text or call to update me. once again, i tried calling their number again and got no response. my boyfriend tried calling them and got no response. we left multiple voicemails and got no response. i texted them multiple times and they only responded once, in which they said " Dang I sorry let me find out why and whats goin on." never got any updates after that. i called Hisense to request a different service provider. come to find out that they never even ordered the part for the fridge.

This company provides quality STEM kits under the name VEX Robotics. The combination of plastic and…read moremetal pieces in each kit are smooth, ready to assemble and of the highest quality. The instructions included with each kit are clear diagrams and descriptions for the step by step build. The pieces snap together to form a sturdy end product. There are numerous projects and each one gives the appropriate age for the individual kit. It also lists the number of pieces and particular features of the item being constructed. The design of the project is well thought out by the company and always impresses me. Our most recent project was the Disc Shooter. It is designed with a rip cord action and has a safety clip. (One of the well thought out functions in the design). The kit is 185 pieces and says it's for ages 14 - 18. My grandson who is just turning eleven but does many STEM activities had no problem following the directions and completed the build. Of course the use of the item will be under adult supervision. The kit comes with three discs. It says it shoots over 18 meters and the distance is determined by how fast you pull the ripcord. Although we gave it a mini test indoors today we plan to take it outside tomorrow when it's not raining to test the distance and the accuracy towards a target. This really was a five star experience in building the kit. In fact as my grandson finished it we talked about how we have never had a problem with the Innovation First VEX Robotics kits. I highly recommend them for your STEM loving student.

Before I signed an agreement or received the items I was interested in renting to own, I received…read morephone calls from them (employees of the store) saying I owed them money, aggressively asking "when am I going to make a payment", and I was "behind on my payment", plus someone came to my home and put a note on my door asking me to contact them. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, unwarranted, and it lets me know that I should not deal with these people since they're not able to keep their orders accurate and be aware of the payment times. The harassment is ridiculous and obviously insulting. In addition, they did not have the specific items advertised as "specials" posted online, and suggested other items for higher prices. And even thou, I rented and paid off over a year in advance several more items from another Aaron's than I requested from this store they didn't want to consider my good standing with the other store and refused to allow me to rent the maximum $550 a month rent limit I was eligible to receive. I do not recommend the Aaron's in Greenville, Texas in any way, shape, or form. To be fair and remedy these issues and prevent them from happening again, every person at this location needs to be fired. I read other reviews about this store and I can tell this is not the first time customers have been mistreated. I don't understand how any business can expect to make a profit, and get repeat customers with mistreatment like I experienced. This should've never happened. The Manager(s) need to be fired and anyone else involved, including anyone who stood by and let things like this happen. I don't know what you can say or do to fix this problem.
