I have had 903 Broadband / 360 Broadband for a while now... I have had Nothing but problems with this Service. I have had technicians out to my office many time and countless calls to tech support. They keep telling me that their towers are overloaded and keep on changing the AP Access Point but nothing seems to work. They are signing everyone up for service but CANNOT SERVICE THEM. We had an outage due to severe storms and lightning strikes. The 903 team were clear about the issues and repaired the damaged towers quickly, even over a holiday weekend. I needed a service request to help me out at my house so they scheduled me quickly and they service team arrived as scheduled. Sean and his Team were courteous and very knowledgeable about what they had to do. They went to work and within minutes my net was working better than before the storm! (went from 69 to 64, whatever that means?) I recommend 903 to anyone who wants great internet and great service! read more

903 is the best. Great reliability even in storms when our satellite TV provider is off line. We live in rural Fannin County and had awful service through another provider that capped our usage. I worked from home in the mortgage industry that involved a tremendous amount of detailed work and use of numerous systems at one time. I frequently paid for additional space and my internet bill could be ridiculously high. We also could not stream Netflix, Hulu or any of the streaming services. Since changing to 903, my husband and I have repeatedly said "thank God" we changed. Best move we ever made. We are very pleased all the way around. read more

I should have waited. I compared 903Broadband to other internet service providers. Most of the other internet providers offer installation service at no cost. I was somewhat dismayed that I had to pay the amount of $99 for installation of the 903Broadband dish. Because 903Broadband was local, I Joined 903Broadband on Thursday 3/7/2019. While the technician was installing the internet receiving a signal from a new tower near Tom Bean, he stated that someone dug into the optic cable and I was not able to obtain internet service. The next day (Friday) the service was restored and I received excellent internet service. Then on (Saturday) I did not receive a signal for most the day. At 2040 hours, the service is still down. The recorded message on the 903Broadband telephone stated that 3 towers were down and service would be restored soon. I wish I had waited a few more weeks to join 903Broadband. Since service is for what I paid, and I am currently without service, I award 903Broadband a one-star rating today on 3-9-2019. I hope the service will be restored soon. read more

Great broadband alternative for those of us in rural Fannin County. I suffered from slow, horrible service for years with a MAJOR internet provider that recently sold to another horrible provider and finally found 903 Broadband after they recently started offering service in the Leonard area. We're finally able to stream Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, and get good use from our Roku while we used to be constantly buffering when streaming. Internet service is faster than ever and we've only once suffered a brief 20 minute outage when one of the towers near us was struck by lightning. If you're looking for a fast, affordable option to our limited choices in Fannin County 903 Broadband is for you. I'm a customer who's extremely pleased with them! read more

Excellent wireless service . I have the lowest MB service they offer with 5 MB / and 2 mb. I ran speed check and it is what they say.It provides for Netflix, Amazon, and On Demand for Dish. Reliable month to month service . No long term commitments . You will have to have an antenna pole of some sort. I live in the middle of 5 acres of Post Oak and require a 65 foot tower to get over the trees. If its flat around you, probably nothing more than a pole. Most people probably get by with a standard installation fee. No maintenance contract, easy to contact them. Good people, no bull as some other providers put out. Also no data limit as some other providers have. read more
