Came here for Mother's Day stuff, tried to pay with my phone. The team members by the register were very rude and got really mad when I asked about using my phone. Wanted to talk to a manager and they said they are busy and may be 30 minutes to 45 minutes before one could come to the front. This is why people hate the staff in WalMart in Greenville. This store keeps going down hill everyone you come in. Oh don't have anything sent to your house, they do not speak out read English very well and they will not bring the right stuff ever. read more

Walmart Store # 427 Greenville Tx. Checked in for 2/Tires that were ordered on Walmart.com at 6:00pm and did not leave until 8:30pm for just 2 tires. Advise not to use the automotive for your tires, no supervision was there to oversee the employees. The employees that do the tire changing are not a good fit, damaged my wheels and said not our problem. Filed a claim for the wheel damage and after the run around with the claims department for 4/days on the phone Walmart claims department said not our fault also. Wow!!!! Will no longer shop here at the Greenville Walmart anymore. read more

Clean store...remarkable after long holiday weekend. Friendly workers this morning. Shelves were very stocked. I was worried after 3 day weekend for folks. I found everything I needed and visited with the personal shoppers who were laughing together as they worked. No wait at checkout but it as 9am on a Tuesday. Nice visit all around. read more

Was told around Christmas when a gift card was not reading at the register that she could not transfer the balance to another gift card even though I had the receipt for the card in my hand. this morning, I went to Walmart #427 in Greenville. I was there about 10 AM. I picked up the items I needed- and headed to check out. This store WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL- most shopping were senior citizens (80%). I myself am 60! I noticed that the self check out area on the east side of the store- near produce area- was closed and blocked off. I saw a line of btwn 25 and 35 ppl waiting to check out using the self check out area on the west side of the store near the pharm. This line of ppl consisted MAINLY of Senior Ctz's. some were in scooters, others CLEARLY HAD MOBILITY PROBLEMS. One old guy said he was gonna miss his doctors appointment because there was nobody to check him out. This line of ppl stretcher across the front of the store- ALMOST TO PRODUCE! I Stopped two workers and asked "is there a manger on duty?" I was told "he is in the front office" and pointed towards customer service. I pushed my cart to the front of the store through this mass of old ppl, and as I approached the front a lady appeared from the office- she SCREAMS across the room "_____________ can you check people out in electronics please" then went back into the room and closed the door. I asked a nice man working, "may I speak to your manager please." A man, about 35- 5/6- Blk, steps out. I asked him "have you seen these people waiting" He explained that "our computers are down and there is nothing we can do"- I said, "but you just sent a staff member to electronics to check people out? and it appears everything is working except your ability to get these old people out of here!" He again stated, that "the system is down"...I TOOK NOTE- NOBODY WAS DIRECTING THESE PPL WAITING TO OTHER AREAS, THAT APPARENTLY WERE IN FACT OPEN AND WORKING! After looking around, I told him- "well if nothing is working then no sense shopping here. I will leave my cart here with you to have you restock it when you DO have time." I left my cart of items with him at the customer care. The manager, was totally indifferent to to what was going on his his store, This is not hard to see- corp security cams will have it all- just review the video for today btwn 9 am and 11 AM. This is unacceptable-I can shop elsewhere, these old ppl cannot. I walked out, Every time I go to this store it is a hot mess. Not enough staff, empty shelves, sup par workers, I honestly try and NOT go here. I went to Brookshire's across town. Enough is enough. This location is perpetually late with Grocery Pickup and they're only getting worse. My second to last order was ready two hours late, and I still sat there for 30 minutes before they were brought out to me. The last order was flat out cancelled. The order that's supposed to be ready today is 2 1/2 hours (and counting) late. It's time the big wigs got their stuff together and did something about this location. Don't recommend this Walmart. God forbid you need any help. We waited for 30 minutes for somebody to help us, and finally somebody came and informed us that their 1 guy who can issue them JUST NOW went to lunch. We even had a lady call for help whenever we first got over there. Therefore, 1. Why didn't he come as soon as he heard the call, before he went to lunch & 2. What an unorganized and slow shit-show! I thought my visit several months ago was a one-off and they were just having a bad day! Nope! I think this is every day! Waiting over 2 1/2 hours for two tires to be mounted on rims from our second vehicle. The most that has happened is the tires were moved from the back of my truck, to the entrance to the service bay (2-hour), then placed in the middle of an empty bay were they have been setting for a half hour now. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for and the shelves and racks were stocked well. I stopped in for an Oil and filter change on my car. I was told it should take an hour and half to complete, because there were 3 other cars ahead of me, but over 3 hours later they finally got my car back. One of the Mechanics seemed to be having some difficulty finding another patrons car information on the computer. He was on the computer for at least 20 Minutes, and there is no manager present to deal with the situation. I spoke to the people at the desk, and asked if someone could help the Mechanic find the information, and they said they were not allowed! The other patron( a Lady) was furious, because she had a Doctors Appointment. I would not recommend anyone go to this location for any Auto work! WTS I have used other Walmart Auto Department's in different cities, the service and work was outstanding! read more

Yesterday I placed a order at 10:00 am for pickup at 5-6:00. My order wasn't ready at 5:00, 6:00 I even came back at 8:00 and it still wasn't ready. Not only that, the male employees don't care and won't go up to you unless you get their attention!! This is day 2 I'm trying to pick up my groceries and I've been waiting almost 1 hour watching cars pull up after me and get their groceries I've finally got a employees attention, I ask for my order and he walks off!!!! This store has no cashiers during peak hours or any other time. I have been taking a count on how many cashiers are working versus how many employees are "picking" groceries for on-line orders. The "pickers" out weigh tremendously. My last count was on a Sunday around 11:00 am. There were 3 cashiers with at least 5-7 people in line and I counted 7 "pickers". Seriously...seems you would want to make the customers that actually come to the store a little more happier since we do tend to purchase more than what we actually came to buy. We now travel a little further to hit the Walmart in Wylie. It's cleaner and no wait line with the cashiers. read more

If you need your car worked on go elsewhere. Unless you got 3-6 hours to waste and don't mind explaining things to the people who are selling you tires. Had a gentleman tell me he couldn't tell me what the tires were rated for it didn't show online and he would have to get a tech to pull one down to see how many mile tires they were. The automotive department at this particular store is absolutely horrible. This weekend I went there for the 3rd and final time to get a simple oil change. I was told 30 minutes for it to be done and an hour later I noticed my car was still sitting there with no body working on it and asked the girl at the counter about it and she was very bothered by me asking ! I was told they had not even started on it and would be another 30 minutes to change the oil. When we arrived we were the ONLY car there ! Had a very similar experiance 2 previous times with buying tires . The walmart auto dept. at the store in Garland at 190 and Garland road where we used to live was superior to this one ! The manager I spoke with was very nice and said he would check it out. Will not go back. I'll drive to Garland before I EVER go back !!!!! read more

One major complaint about this store is the bathrooms, Some people seem to vandalize the bathrooms making it very unpleasant to go to them. Very disgusting, hardly clean and one has to ask why they did not update the bathrooms on the remodel. This store like many other walmarts have issues with mice, hopefully they can combat this issue with some mice traps. read more

Okay so normally I hate Walmart. But the people today have really gotten their customer service town to a science. Mary in the lawn and garden section helped me tremendously with a huge cart full of heavy items, and she bagged and reloaded everything nicely. She took a genuine interest in my experience, and even talked to me for a while about my apartment that I was furnishing and my dogs. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you Mary! read more

On Friday, July 19, 2019, I went in to the Auto Service Center at the Greenville, Texas Walmart for a simple oil and filter change. I was told that I would have about an hour wait. I had some shopping to do so I agreed and left my truck for the service. According to the receipt that I received upon check out, I arrived for service at 1:11 PM. The service on my truck was not completed, according to my receipt, until 3:43 PM. Almost 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. I told the cashier of the lengthy wait and relayed that I was told the service would take about an hour and that I had waited well over two hours. Her comment was, 'They are not supposed to give an estimated time'. No apology. I contacted a manager and stated my displeasure with the length of time I had to wait. Her reply was, 'Your done now'. No apology. I concluded that my lengthy wait was primarily due to the lack of care and/or concern for customer service from top management and permeated down to the service technician. I have used other Walmart stores for auto service and never experienced such poor service. I like Walmart but will not be returning to this particular store. read more

Very poor job on providing me with the most important thing in the store I needed pain medicine I will never go to this pharmacy again they could have filled my prescription medication due to the fact that is said no expiration date but instead choose to call the dentist and question my meds due to the fact they could not figure out if it was supposed to be filled with pills or fluid now I am stuck out of pain relief for impact area that was damaged and is in pain thanks alot thanks for nothing but pain and anger you caused when you could have just filled it and made my pain fade away you made my week much worst than it should have been soo for that not coming back to get anything else I will go to one across hwy THank you Charles Uduma and Jeaneen for acting like my mother and making it had on me I hope God repays you with pain yourself read more

I was in Greenville visiting a friend when the check oil light illuminated on my dash. I had a 2 hour drive back home so I stopped at a Walmart auto center since they were only auto shop open on a Sunday. I sat in my car in the bay a good 20 minutes before I was greeted by anyone and when he came up to my car, no "Hello", no " Can I help you" or "What can I do for you?". Just a "Hand me your keys" He handed me a claim ticket and 30 minutes later, I was back on the road. Customer service left much to be desired and it took close to an hour in and out but in their defense they make no claims to be a 10 minute jiffy lube. Part of their business plan may be as long as you're waiting, you might as well pick up a few things and before you go to get your car you have a whole basket of groceries to check out. Genius! But for me, it just took too darn long. I only went there because I had to. Won't let that happen again. read more
