Was visiting GR and was so happy to find out they opened a crunch here since I have membership to one back home. Took my sister in as a guest and checked it out together. Upon walking in, of course it felt familiar but the layout was different. Everything was new, shiny and clean! Josh the manager was extremely friendly with his bright smile, cleaning and picking up things around the gym so it showed that he cared about maintaining the space and leading by example. They had their fitness room where I'm pretty sure they do the group classes and there were several punching bags, more than I've seen at most. The employees are super helpful and friendly. There are so many different classes to choose from, HIIT, boxing, spin, hot yoga and many more. The personal trainers are great. This place is huge! It never feels super crowded. Tanning, massage chairs, hydro massaging lounges. What else could you ask for? It's amazing. I've been a member since day one and pass 3 gyms on my way. read more

I've called, emailed, and even gone into the gym in person multiple times to cancel my membership. I also provided proof that I'm relocating for work, yet Crunch continues to charge me every month after now four cancellation requests. The staff has been rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel a gym membership. The only positive from this location is the class instructors, the rest of the staff continuously make me feel like a nuisance when I come to the front desk. It is over crowded and all the staff do is stand around and socialize with eachother. I dread going to the gym now unless I have a class booked. read more

I signed up for a personal training program which I was really excited for. This was my first time enrolling in PT and I decided on one 30 min session each week. I was placed with a female trainer but had to reschedule my initial training session due to my schedule. She proceeded to schedule me for sessions without reaching out to me regarding my availability and I explained this didn't work. After missing out on a couple sessions, I get notified that my trainer was no longer with the company and they were working towards setting me up with a new one. Granted I was already paying for sessions I hadn't even received yet. I started finally meeting with a new trainer and proceeded for about a month. Then I was told my trainer was being promoted and could no longer train me. So I was placed with a new one. I had been meeting with her for a little while and just found out she would be moving states. At this point I had about a month left in my membership and was feeling tired of being bounced around between multiple people and schedules, so I reached out to the manager about canceling my remaining sessions. I also hadn't even been reached out to about being placed with a new trainer yet so was already paying for 2 weeks of sessions I couldn't receive. After explaining my situation, I was hopeful I could receive at least a partial refund for the sessions I had missed out on, but instead was told I would be paying for 2 more weeks of sessions because I didn't give a 30 day notice and wouldn't be able to get any kind of refund. This is incredibly frustrating because I did not choose to end my sessions and I wasn't allowed the full extent of my membership. It was already inconvenient to switch between trainers and change my schedule around and I wasn't met with any understanding from management. It felt like a waste of my money. read more

poor staff, signed up for this year long membership, unaware of the random $60 charge outside of the $12 a month. staff don't care to help me in the slightest way, poor attitudes and really really poor staff. gym is fantastic, but their staff are horrific read more

Watch out the personal trainers are a scam especially Lee! He lies and is overtly aggressive! He is terrible with conflict resolution and that's very problematic considering he is an assistant manager! Josh lets him kick people out whenever he doesn't agree! If you mention there behavior they cancel your membership! Absolutely wild! Do not trust the hype of these private equity owned gyms they have no issues with stepping on human beings! read more

Don't do PT with them!! I signed a contract for 6 payments and cancelled it a month before it was over due to relocating and they still made me pay the remaining fees which is understandable but then proceeded to charge me for a 7th time and won't even bother to refund. Terrible gym. read more
