It was nice! We got an outdoor hot tub but the jets were shooting out cold water and there was a mouse in the room with us which was a little weird and uncomfortable. 0 stars is not an option, would pick it if possible. As a nurse, I had to stay over two hours to help patients. I called and asked could I still come, Megan, a manager- said I could come as long as I got there by 1:30am, I knocked on the window at 1:29am. Megan no showed me, talking about, "Yeah you had to be checked in by 1:30am." I said mam you did not say that or communicate that. I was no showed from being allowed to spend 30 mins in the hot tub even though I had already payed for 1 hour. I was exhausted after caring for others all day and just wanted to relax, I drove all the way over there about 20 mins, just to have the door slammed in my face. I told Megan, if you and your coworkers want to go home early, just say that. The general manager offered me a make up tub day today as Megan said that she would. But I declined, I want a refund! You cant just treat customers like crap, because you know it can be "made up." This experience was absolutely horrible y'all. If you go there, I hope your stay goes well, because if it doesn't management is going to give you "what they want you to have." Instead of what the customer actually feels is making it right. Megan was malicious with her communication and I don't appreciate her wasting my time! Communication very weak, very subpar, its giving mediocre. If a company policy is that stringent it is there responsibility to notify customers. I don't want a make up tub, because I don't want to be in an environment where people treat people like that. I never thought I'd be the person to go to a place like this! But the hot tub, and the room / showers were extremely clean. We got an hour for about 45$ on a Sunday night. Each room is private. We got the Nova Scotia room. It was an indoor/outdoor hot tub. Which means it was indoors, but had open windows, it kept for the perfect temperature. You can play your own music, but they have an aux cord, which most iPhones don't have. So I recommend bringing a connector. I wish they had blue tooth. But the music selections they had were great. Make reservations, as they are always very busy. They have bath oils you can buy, but we got 2 and could barely smell it. They call to tell you that you have 15 minutes left which gives you a chance to shower and whatnot. All the staff was extremely nice. We can't wait to go back! read more

Went there a long time ago and was BANNED FOR NO REASON. Or IF THERE WAS ONE THEY DIDNT SAY/WON'T say to me what it was. Also if you want to get a disease , this is the perfect place to go. And they let their guests smoke weed in the hot tubs, which I'm sure is against the law, because not everyone enjoys the smell who is TRYING to enjoy their night out. A great experience! The place is nice and clean and is incredible when it comes to privacy. I believe the cost is about $50/ per hour. The set up is first you're in the lobby and then an employee will lead you to a door. Behind the door is a little area with a bench alongside the wall, towels (really appreciated that these were included), a half bathroom (sink and toilet), and a shower next to the bathroom. Then there was a glass door that lead to the outside area which was basically the hot tub and the fireplace. There was also an option to plug your phone up or play the radio and listen to music with the outdoor speaker, you could also control the bubble settings and heat of the hot tub. My friends and I enjoyed this place so much, our little hour flew by. The only flaw was the size of the hot tub. There was four of us and our legs constantly kept touching one another, I think jacuzzi size increases is definitely something this company should consider. Um freaking great! A bit expensive, but I herd they have student discount days. It was just amazingly relaxing, which says alot considering the friends I went with were arguing the whole time. But it was so comforting that I didn't have a care in the world. It's best to go in winter, when it's chilly, it's open air and the water is hot so the cool air helps. Stay hydrated this is important! As for the service it was nice, but we had to wait 10 minuets since our room wasn't ready, and the sent pack the girl at the counter talked us into barley lasted 2 minuets. Overall it was a good experience, but next time I will skip the over priced sent and go with different friends. read more

I first came here this past Valentine's day, which I do recommend doing. I've been coming here at least twice a month since then. You get a selection of indoor and outdoor hot tubs in a themed room (or "garden" as they call it) to select from. The indoor hot tubs have an opening to allow air to escape outside so you don't have to worry about being cooked alive inside. Not all of their hot tubs are the same, some are larger and some only offer jets, where others offer jets and bubbles. My favorite is Santorini. I recommend looking at their website online so you can see what their different hot tubs and rooms look like. Each room comes with a separate bathroom, changing area and shower. At the front desk you have the option of paying for beverages for your room and fragrances for your hot tub. You also get a stamp card for any future visits to Oasis, if you get 10 you get a free hour and a half session. If you intend on coming back regularly I recommend the VIP membership so you can get a discount or more time for your future visits depending on the day/time of the week. Overall if you need to wind down after a week, if you have sore muscles or are just looking for something romantic I can't recommend this place enough. It's also across the street from Amore so you can have a nice dinner and top it off with a hot tub. The biggest drawback to this place in my opinion is their towel policy. I personally think customers shouldn't be charged for requesting another towel, one towel per guest is not ideal, especially if said guests decide to shower before they leave. They have to dry off using the same towel they used drying themselves from the hot tub. I do agree with Dave B. in that complimentary water would be nice, it would immensely provide better customer satisfaction. read more

first of all, I will say online the room look cozy and stylish. When we got there We were sorely disappointed. The room we got was cheesy and cheaply put together. Secondly the waiting room just feels uncomfortable. We knew from the start that this was kind of a sketchy place, but we had hoped we were wrong. We weren't. I guess I should have figured this was just a place for people to come have sex in hot tubs but my ignorance got the better of me. My wife and I got an hour as a gift from a family member. We booked it for a Friday night hoping for a relaxing hot tub experience with the cool air blowing in over the open roof. About 15 minutes into it we begin hear our immediate neighbors loudly having sex. Completely ruined the whole experience. Absolutely disgusting. made me begin to wonder what kinds of stuff is actually living in the water that chlorine can't kill. I have had two friends who have supposedly gotten gonorrhea from these cesspools. Will never recommend. read more

I want to love this place, and the price would be justified if the service from the company was better (the staff were great). My wife and I had a reservation for the night the biggest blizzard of the year hit grand rapids (the next morning we had like 2 feet of snow) The wind was bitterly cold and we had an outside room. The staff moved us to another room that had a little more protection from the wind, but it was still very gusty and windy and soooo cold. Even with just our head out of the water we were freezing. Our bodies were warm but our head was blasted with bitter cold wind. It was miserable. We left without completing our time because it was just unbearable, but the staff was forced to stick to their employer's ridiculous "no refunds" policy. I understand having a no refunds policy, but every staff member should have the authority to override that policy if they see fit to do so. If a record setting blizzard making a room completely unusable isn't reason enough for a refund. I don't know what is. The way I see it, they made me pay for a service they were unable to provide. read more

I MISS OASIS! I was a frequent visitor of Oasis Hot Tub Gardens when I lived in Comstock Park. They are affordable, clean, and are WONDERFUL to visit during a snowstorm. Some of the tubs can be rather small - My absolutely favorite is Santorini and Borneo Rainforest. Not only do the tubs tend to be a bit bigger, but I also like the scenery. I was NOT a fan of the indoor tubs - To ME, it just got a little too hot and humid in the room. read more

My partner and I were in MI on business and came to this delightful spot. Infact, we came twice during our short trip! Our first impression was how lovely and clean the over all facility is. I admit, I am in love with all the greenery and sitting in the waiting area where the sun was shining through could have easily put me asleep. I will add that there was a really nice selection of juices and water in the lobby you could choose to take in with you. I'm pretty sure you could bring your own as well - as long as it was water or juice, but they had some unique selections. They were busy the first time we went and the first person we dealt with at the front desk was a bit brusque. Not rude. But obviously very busy. We were handed off to a lovely young woman who got us settled in our room and showed us how to use the streaming music or plug in our own phone/ipod. The space was clean, nicely laid out and after a quick shower we walked out to the small outdoor courtyard, got right into the private hot tub and had a nice, quiet time just listening to music and relaxing. The water temperature was good for us, but we could call the front desk to have it re-set warmer or cooler if needed. We got a call 10 minutes before we had to be dressed and out of the room. I learned later we could request 15 minute call (although they still called us at 10 minutes) and if you are a little slower getting ready (like me), it may make you feel a little less rushed. As a business owner that needs people out of the room in a timely manner, I completely understand this and am happy to move as fast as I can so the peeps after me aren't inconvenienced and the employees aren't rushed - but it is so nice to move a little slower and savor the good feeling. Afterwards they let us poke around and explore the rooms where the doors were open. I love how each room is unique and they took the time to pay attention to detail. I really wanted to spend time just exploring for the fun of it, but I didn't want to inconvenience them. I slept so well that night, we came back again and requested their most popular room - which happened to have a large waterfall right next to the hot tub. It made a lovely sound, even above the sound of the jets. And with a night float, dark skies, slight breeze and cooler temp of the air, and warm water, I could have just about drifted off to sleep during my time. A big thank you to Richard who made our time there enjoyable. He took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. We have a float tank center and because of that have a fascination with water therapy places so it's really fun to find someone to indulge us, share their company's history and answer the normal (and probably not so normal) questions with patience and good humor. read more

Our hair froze because it was so cold out of the water but the water itself was very hot and it felt just fine. The staff was very nice to us and we had no problems at all. Very clean and priced affordably. We got one of the outside tubs and would definitely recommend that. You can also ask them to turn the water up as well. Everything worked great and the water and outside area was very clean. It was also very private as well. We had our own changing area, with shower and sink and mirror. If they had more things to drink, even complimentary water, and gave out more than two towels it would be one star higher. One towel to dry off with. My husband and I frequently visit this place. Have always had an outdoor tub, and have been very pleased, but it was suggested that we try an indoor tub "The Monterey". The tub much smaller then we enjoy, but what the heck, we were in need of a well deserved R&R night out. WIthin the first 15 minutes, it was OK, then neither of us could breath due to the extreme heat. Kind of like a sauna/hot tub heat! Not too relaxing! Call placed to dial down the temp a bit. The staff were very plesant and Stephanie was great in helping us reschedule our appointment as we ran into some construction traffic on the way there. Once inside the staff showed us around the facility and described the different rooms/tubs/services and we chose the Vancover room (outside tub with a nice mix of shade and sun) We enjoyed a very relaxing time and facilities were very nice and clean. Frankly, I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't been hot tubbing for 20 years. Wow, it was great. The staff at Oasis were professional and direct about the rules, but still very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed as our host instructed us on the use of the room and sound system. The decor of our "covered outdoor" Nantucket Room was well-presented, simple, yet inviting. The variety of music from which to select was exceptional, and we found something that was soothing throughout our stay. The place was spotless, which made us feel comfortable. We thought our 90-minute reservation was going to be too long, but it went by quickly. So glad I didn't get the 60 minute. It was 16 degrees outside which made for a nice contrast to the 102 deg tub.
