The fast-paced workout was great for targeting different areas of the body and I found was very doable as it changes frequently, as opposed to a typical hot Pilates class when you feel like you can't do another set when there's 15 seconds left. It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout.
