Overall good gym. Lots of equipment Accept during prak time which might be like Monday through Thursday. From maybe 5pm to 7 p m it's hard to find equipment. If you go during the nonpeak times it's much easier. My biggest complaint is that it is too hot. read more

In town for work and was initially going to hit up anytime fitness. But the location next to my hotel was permanently closed, looked at the old map and here crunch was! Most of these gyms are the same footprint. Same machines. Same quality. Friendly folks. This gym is infact that. I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. What I really like about this gym is the footprint. Everything has plenty of space around it. Most if not all the machines were maintained. Didn't smell, and everything you want for in a nice gym. Whoever was answering phone on April 8th around 8:00 pm was very rude . I was trying to get my home base switched to the Longview area ( this gym ) she told me I had to call my home base and have them switch it ... so I called my home base ... the lady at my home base gym went to tell me I need to contact the place I'm trying to transfer and that she actually does transfers herself and I'd need to call the place I'm transferring so I call back Longview location and I proceed to tell the women on the phone in Longview area that she is the one that actually is to be doing to transfer for me and she then laughs at me over the phone ...( very rude and unprofessional ) goes to put me on hold for a few seconds then says the manager needs me to come in person and signs things which I don't even think that's true being I signed up to crunch fitness not having to sign anything in person . I was so irritated I forget to get the front desk workers name .... Big mistake . read more

Great gym...amazing staff. Everyone works hard to keep the facility clean and safe. The staff has done a great job with improving their customer service. COVID made things difficult for a newly opened gym and some we're definitely nervous in the beginning. However, I think they've worked out the kinks and doing a great job!!! I was a member here for a year, I ended my membership, and went into the club to pay my final bill. Paid over 120.00 total, got receipts, and was told that concluded my contract and I was done. So apparently that wasn't enough for Crunch, they decided to call 15 times a day from an Austin number, and they said I owed money. I informed the person that I had paid in full at the Longview gym, and had receipts and credit card bills to show it... now they have sent it to collections to screw my perfect credit! This place is to be avoided at ALL COSTS! Stay away from Crunch Fitness!! read more

Great facility. Amazing equipment. However, very rude and uncaring management. I just got charged $75 when the gym has been closed for two weeks and will be closed for four more. They will claim it's because of their billing service, but I manage a gym in town and we would absolutely never do this to our members during this time read more

I love the facility, plenty of options and the staff has definitely gotten better with their customer service since it's opened. I've been a member since they first opened and have noticed a tremendous change in it since they first opened despite COVID going around. It's a very clean building and I'm happy to say I'm still a member and will continue being one until further notice! read more

Rude and not helpful. We signed up right before the gym closed due to Covid. We were then charged 3 yearly fees and are having to fight them to get refunded. When trying to cancel was told I would still be charged the yearly fee even though I had only been to the gym once or twice before they shut down due to covid. When calling during the closure only would get an automated answering machine. After the gym opened and finally getting a chance to go the gym to cancel they were uncaring with the situation, even though Covid was out of my control. The manager is rude, demeaning, and would not listen, especially when it came to being charged more than we were supposed to. Kept blaming everything on my bank, when it is now almost 2 weeks past them being made aware of the issue and still no refund. The worst customer service I have ever received. read more
