So much fun! I was so nervous when I attended an intro class here. But everyone was so encouraging and cheered each other on. I didn't even realize how much exercising I was doing until I was sore the next day! What a wonderful way to stay for and have a sense of community all at once! read more

I love this "gym"! Pole fitness is a wonderful, empowering exercise for women of all ages and sizes. I was SO worried about how out of shape and overweight I was when I started, but not only did that not slow me down - the instructors and my fellow students were SO encouraging and genuinely supportive. After just a few classes I had noticeably improved. I looked forward to every.single.class because of the amazing atmosphere. Becoming a part of Head over Heels has completely changed my life.....I have lost weight, gained strength and muscle tone, gained confidence and peace of mind. I have become involved with pole, burlesque, strength and yoga classes at the studio, all for a very reasonable monthly fee. I have very much enjoyed my first 8 weeks at Head Over Heels! It is fun, exciting, empowering, and made me feel like a sexy woman. It is great for all shapes and sizes of women. No matter your athletic ability, this place is perfect for anyone. It is a challenge and a great workout. It's not just pole dancing, it's soul dancing.
